Urgently needed to print photos for a passport application. Went to this location during posted business hours and there was no one there. No note, nothing. Waited 15 minutes and yet still no one came.Worst FedEx Office ever.

Nasty unhelpful staff. Heather was particularly disgusting with here language. Got to the actual FedEx a couple blocks down for much better service.

Most incompetent company on the planet. This location waneed to charge me $10.00 to hand over my AMAZON package that was supposed to be "delivered to front desk". Package still sits there 2 weeks later. TRASH STAFF.Then i call Customer service.Customer service SUCKS, don't understand what you tell them, can't understand them.

Ditto previous comments, maddening that they charge a $10 convenience fee (for a prepaid shipment) because they're in a hotel. Go to the standalone shop on the corner of 7th & Locust (but beware it closes at 5pm)

Rip off scam. Charged a process fee. In the second floor door blocked by a cart had to dodge a trade show as well. Don't go here scam
