Major shout out to the lady who made my day! I went i today with no clue what I was doing but i needed to pri t stuff. .asap. . the woman that helped me was kind and considerate to say the least! Not pushy, or impatient or bothered my lack of knowledge. She was just an amazingly nice lady who is amazing at her job. She greeted every person that walked through the door like they were the only only cuatomer there. And she's incredibly fast and thorough. My faith in customer service really need renewel. I got it today thanks to Ms. SHONEE (spell check im sorry!) The world needs more of you!! And thank you for my copies!

Shoshoanna (I think that is her name sorry if the spelling is incorrect!) Was wonderful! She helped me with two different questions and balanced multiple other customers while she helped me. She was kind, thorough, and helped me feel confident about my options and choices. I will return to this store because of her customer service!

Shipped a large piece of art today, and Shonnae (apologies if I misspelled or got the name wrong!) was incredibly helpful from start to finish! She walked me through the process with kindness and professionalism, aaand got me out the door in under 5 minutes. We need more people like Shonnae in this world - Thank you so much!

Charge ya $100 something bucks for passport application then make you go somewhere else cuz none of that money can go to fix their camera to take your picture. 5 employees getting paid to do nothing, should reallocate resources to provide services instead of more work.

My experience here was terrible. Needed a March 6 delivery date, they shipped it for the day after. When asked to correct the mistake it turned into chaos that had me charged twice. Took me 25 min to get the new tracking info. If I wanted this kind of a headache I would have gone to the post office.

Every single person I have encountered at this location has been stellar - so nice, so helpful, happy to go above and beyond. I've walked in even at 6:50 pm and still been waited on as if it were not 10 minutes before closing, which in my experience is pretty unheard of. I've been meaning to write a review for many months and have been there so many times I can't remember names - but suffice it to say, this is an EXCELLENT store and every employee has been excellent. A very rare treat these days.

Don't even bother calling. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone because of the stupid AI phone tree. If it can't understand you it'll just hang up and tell you to get over it

Wonderful service. FedEx is always my preferred choice for returns. This branch in particular was great. Had a large return (rug) and needed to purchase shipping back for jeans. The young woman helping me was very kind and professional. Helped me save a couple of bucks too. Employees weren’t acting like they hate their life and yours like usps workers always do. Greatly appreciate their kindness and professionalism!

Needed to print a poster for an event the team was nice and helped me. I needed it quickly and they was able to produce it same day. Paris was awesome. I'll be back to print more.

Came into the store today and the staff member Paris was very helpful and so sweet. I had no clue how to fax and she was patient with me and very informative in the process of their self-serve machines. She is truly a gem.

Fine service when open. Doors are routinely locked when the door and google says they should be open. Extremely frustrating parking all the way behind the building, carrying packages around to the front, just to find the door locked during the posted business hours.
