This store use to be amazing! The service was excellent and they were always willing to help. Tonight it was an epic nightmare. They were unable to print simple documents and because they wasted my time and took forever basically said I had to come back at 8AM. Never waste your time and money here!

Okay, this was the most positive work environment I’ve ever seen. Folks were bopping to the music and so friendly that customers and workers were fist bumping and obviously knew each other as regulars. So wholesome and happy. Audrianna was super helpful, but the whole staff seemed in good spirits that they were happy to share with customers.

I received horrible service from JASON yesterday. I had copies printed from my usb . I had 18 pages of which 13 were in color. Jason charged me for 18 color copies so I mentioned there were only 13 color copies & requested he adjust the billing. Wow I got such a nasty attitude from him. I also asked if he could stable it since there was no stapler on the counters anywhere. He said typically thats an additional charge. I WON'T be back. Don't have to tolerante lousy attitudes.

I just stopped by to have a very large package (entertainment center) returned. The box that I had was falling apart and was not going to be able to be used to ship back to the retailer. Initially I had a staff member tell me to go get a new box and return later and they could help. Audrianna H. saw that I needed help and figured out a way to use a box they had in store so I wouldn’t have to carry the large box out and waste anymore time out of my day. She helped me through the whole process and was a life saver. Audrianna H. needs a promotion IMMEDIATELY, she had great customer service skills, great people skills and was a genuinely nice person. Kudos to her, I will be back to this location because of her!12/1 2:45 pm

I've never come here and had any issues. Sometimes they're understaffed and the wait is a few minutes, but unless you're an insufferable human being you deal with it. The staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They've never left me feeling bad. They go above and beyond considering people sending things FedEX can be surly and hurried. Pleasant atmosphere. Good vibes for a package shipping spot.

I stopped in today to print a a document via the self service kiosk. Ran into a few hiccups, but the front desk employee was super helpful and I was out of there quickly. No need to own a printer when this service is so inexpensive and easy.

I want to know why I spend.76 and now I have a $10 charge pending for more than 24 hours???? That put me in the negative category!!! I did this on Friday no way should it still be pending!!!! Then your employee said rudely “well if you brought cash this wouldn’t have happened”! WHAT????? I need y’all to take this off my card asap!!!!!

Friendly service but shipped my packages to the wrong addresses after reviewing where they were going multiple times. Now will be paying twice as much to ship packages

Such an awful experience to the point where I had to tear up. The black lady with braids came to help me and as soon as other customers came in, she was helping everyone else. I had LEGAL COURT DOCUMENTS TO PRINT OUT. I NEEDED ACTUAL HELP. Thank God I’m not from St. Louis, because lord y’all need training.

I ordered a package that was delivered from you guys and I don’t know why it was delivered from you guys but it saying that it was delivered two days ago I called customer service waste of time not only is it a waste of time when you guys can you read a civil address? I have cameras on the property where I stay at I want to know where my package is when it says delivered and I have not yet to receive it. I’m not from the state I’m not from this town, I live with my fiancé we’re tired of eating on the couch so I ordered a coffee table so I don’t want to ruin a $1300 couch find my package cameras don’t lie your driver can’t read obviously or he they gave it to one of their friends

Great service today. I was in and out with a small project in less than two minutes. Before coming over here I stood in line at the Office Depot on Chippewa for over 25 minutes and was then told my order would take 3 hours because of an upcoming shift change. Definitely will be going back to this location on South Grand for my printing needs. I will never go back to the Chippewa OfficeDepot.

NEVER use this store. I ordered a print job. I got the invoice for it. I checked the status online a few days later and it said the order was ready for pickup. I call the store just incase and the person on the phone was so rude. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences when I was talking. She kept misspelling my name when I was giving it to her. I had to spell my name 6 times for her. She said she didn't have my order after all. So I emailed them and sent the screenshot of the invoice. The reply was basically oh yeah that's our store, but we didn't receive the order. Then I said, well why does it say Order is complete, ready for pickup. So I call again to see if I would get someone different, and this person says "Maybe you don't understand English. We don't have your order." The two people on the phone and the person who replied to the email gave no solutions as to how to remedy the situation. Go to this location if you want to be yelled out and still not have your order but they will take your money.
