DO NOT COME HERE. This place is horrible. The worst customer service and without apology. They do not care. I would like to think that this doesn't reflect the company overall as a whole. Unfortunately, someone is turning a blind eye to the extremely unprofessional employees who are probably just poisoning it for everyone and a company who once has a stellar situation. At this point will never do any business with them again.

As a loyal customer of this location for years, I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on business printing and valued the staff’s practice of reviewing orders before I leave. During my recent visit, this step was skipped, and I discovered my order did not match what I submitted. When I raised the issue, I was told I submitted it incorrectly and was dismissed rudely.
Customers lead busy lives, and you never know what someone has going on. If an issue or concern is brought to someone’s attention, staff should recognize this by ensuring accuracy, professionalism and sincere concern. How I was treated today is a terrible way to do business. I expect courteous resolution of concerns, especially as a long-time customer, but instead felt undervalued and totally and completely dismissed. This was an easy fix. FedEx is more than capable of delivering the high-level customer service we all expect. I urge them to investigate how customers are treated at this location and uphold a higher standard. I’m deeply disappointed and have contacted FedEx to pursue a full refund and ensure my experience is heard.
I hope to be contacted and receive the treatment I should have gotten initially. If addressed properly, I may revise this review. Otherwise, it stands as a warning to others about the service they may expect.

The customer service was not very kind. I paid a lot for a bad product. And I am afraid to go back and get my money back.

Beth and Jai were incredibly rude. I’ve never used FedEx before other than returning things, when we walked in, there was a whole slew of people available to help on 7/29 at about 11 am. I walked up to the cash register and stood there for about five minutes before Jai acknowledged me and then told me I needed to go wait behind this other person Beth was helping. My aunt and I then patiently waited and chatted with another customer for probably about 20 minutes while Beth was randomly yelling at us for the craziest things like taping a box. While waiting, I noticed Jai repeatedly giving us dirty looks and side eye and then finally after about 20 minutes past, she
graciously decided to do her job and help us and said I can help you over here. Then it turned out we waited for absolutely nothing because apparently it cost $563 to ship a small wardrobe box weighing about 30 pounds. Would have been nice to know that 20 minutes before, but they were too busy taking their issues out on customers. Oh, by the way, there was only one other customer in the entire store and approximately six employees.
I never want someone to lose their job but seriously fire every person that works here and just start fresh. I just got done reading all the other reviews.

We had a terrible experience with an employee at the Ladue FedEx office around 5:40 PM today (Saturday, June 28). The employee was noticeably rude and impatient. Before I could fully explain that I urgently needed to send a letter, she interrupted me and abruptly directed us to another FedEx location, stating it would be open until 7 PM. When I asked for the address of that location, she refused to provide it and immediately called for the next customer in line.
We then drove to the Brentwood FedEx location, where the staff were courteous and helpful. However, they informed us that all FedEx locations in the area close at 6 PM—contradicting the information we had just received.
This was, without question, the most frustrating experience I’ve had with FedEx.

Very very bad service. We had a very bad experience with both the employee and the store manager on May 1, 2025 at 1:30 pm and another time on May 12, 2025 at 4 pm. They both were very lazy and slow. They “do not have time to help me” although I was the only customer. When asked about the customer service number, the employee said: “you can look it up yourself”. When asked about her name to file a complaint, she went to the back of the shop and was “busy and unable to reply”. She then asked “why am I still in the shop” as she doesn’t want to help.
The manager was worse as she did not care, sitting in the back, telling her employee to “do whatever you want”.
I got the worse service I have ever gotten. Very rude attitude. Very bad service. I will never use this branch anymore. This needs to be addressed.

How disappointing. I have always been happy to use Fed Ex as a more efficient, friendlier alternative to the post office. However, the service at this Fed Ex location has drastically declined.
I was the only customer in the store and was provided curt service by the woman working. She seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. I was completely shocked, as the employees in years past were more helpful, polite, and respectful.

Called and spoke to someone at 6pm because the flash drive with my passport photo they gave me wasn’t working. They said to bring it in, they were leaving but someone else would be able to help when I came. I pull up at 6:23pm and the door is locked (they don’t close until 7pm). I see a woman walking around and call the phone and she picks up and says “we’re closed” and that’s it. 20 minutes wasted.

I use FedEx every week for the same purpose, even this location. Today they wouldn’t help me so I went to the FedEx on Olive and they helped me with no issues. Weird that the “policy” is different day to day.

Walked in to ship water samples and was greeted with hostility and immediately told they don't ship any liquids at all. I have shipped water samples all around Missouri and this is the first and only store to ever say such a thing. It wouldn't have been a big deal but they started rude and hostile from the start.
