I recently had the pleasure of visiting this FedEx location in and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my package was handled with care. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-lit, making the entire experience stress-free. I was in and out in no time, and the staff even offered to help me carry my packages to my car. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anyone in the area. Five stars and a big thumbs up from this satisfied customer!

First time to leave a review for a shipping store. Well…we all know how terrible the experience could be. HOWEVER, this time (only!), soooo seamlessly! Absolutely great!!

My daughter went in to pick up prints she purchased on line. There was 1 person waiting to ship something, but she was having issues finding the shipping address. David, an assistant manger walked to the back when she entered. He was on the print side. He then proceeded to wipe or polish a long rod, and never greeted her or asked if she needed assistance. He finally got up off of the floor when I entered the store. I went in because she sent me a text. It was snowing outside and I asked if he had anything to protect the prints and he said no. I have purchased prints from there and they came in a box. There is NO WAY this guy should be managing anything!

I went to get prints on card stock paper and the Assistant Manager, David was terrible to work with. He didn’t disclose a $9 charge to print two images on one page vs 2 pages. I requested it to be on one page because 1 page should be cheaper than 2. And he knew I’d be cutting them out because he put cut lines on the paper so logically he should’ve told me about the up charge before printing the items. He took no accountability and acted as if I should’ve known even though I’m the customer so how would I know what the additional fees are unless advised.Beware of hidden fees, make sure you ask for a breakdown of the cost before paying for prints or they’ll try to get over on you.

The absolute worst place for service. The woman associate on duty had the worst attitude and was rude. The other male associate on duty was completely useless.

These folks are fantastic. I went in there with a four large, heavy packages, needing to ship them in one mangled box that I pulled out of a dumpster at a used furniture store. To make a long story short, I was basically asking them to bend over backwards for me--and they did! It's been so long since any company's customer service has actually exceeded my expectations, I think I may be a little bit in shock. If you need to ship something, don't hesitate to use this FedEx location!

This the second time Amy has helped me and I wish every customer service and counter person could spend a day with her. She is friendly, pleasant, very efficient and professional, exactly what someone who is in that job should be like. She was a delight to deal with.

Quoted one price for print job before, charged twice as much upon pick up. Went from $100 to $200 in 24 hours. Never again.

Both Marshell and the other technician who assisted me with my printing purchase today did a really great job helping me. I love how professional these name tags turned out! I can't wait to get to school tomorrow and get them on the students' desks!

There’s only one person working, which is ridiculous! There were at least 9 people ahead of me and the line moved SO slowly!! Very frustrating!!

They cannot be relied upon to send shipments out. The drop box apparently does not get updated to show when the last pick up for the day has occured. When I handed a pre-labeled package to the gentleman behind the counter and double checked that it would go out that night, he responded affirmatively. But, when I checked my tracking the next day, it was still there in the facility. Upon calling to check on it, I was told the the latest pick up had been bumped up an hour. Not only did they not have signage to say this, but the man indicated otherwise as did the box. Whether your package will get picked up on time is basically luck of the draw apparently.

A place where time has stopped. If you’re there with two other customers and five employees, you can still, completely ignored, wait for half an hour just to drop a fully prepared box with a label. And event then you’re treated with the most disrespect from FedEx employee who is obviously hugely bothered just to talk to such a lowlife as paying customer. And if you dare to ask her one simple question, then that is a big NO-NO. I don’t know if this is a general approach from FedEx employees or a problem with this branch, but I’ll make sure to avoid their services.
