The driver lied and stated they attempted delivery. Also the package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Got a notification it was pit for delivery and then it suddenly changed to delayed again. Still no package. This is a regular problem. If I had a choice as a recipient of a package I would request anyone but FedEx.

My package was suppose to be delivered 4 days ago. Was delivered 2 days after but to the wrong address, they picked it back up and it’s scheduled to be delivered today. Main problem is, there’s no direct number to this FedEx location and the general number’s customer service is trash. Another problem is, these delivery drivers need to pay better attention to addresses.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had. My package was due Sunday. It never showed up. When I called to complain about it I was told they would send a note to this particular carrier in St Louis to have the driver drop the package off to me on Monday between 8 and 10am. The package never showed up at that time and so when I called to complain again I was told by FedEx resolution (her name was Mericia) that they have no control over the contractors who ship the ground products and that there was no way she could hold them accountable for my package being at this point, two days late. I ordered the product to walmart.com and they helped me get some resolution to the situation but FedEx specifically the person who I named did not seem to care at all and furthermore was blaming this facility in St Louis Missouri as she said that they have a bad reputation of not being on time and are constantly having problems with their drivers not following specific directions handed down to them by the customers or by FedEx. Warning! do not use this facility or FedEx for that matter if you value your packages that you need to have shipped on time when promised or scheduled.

I have been lied to several times by multiple people about a supposed delivery attempt. Multiple representatives flat out lied to me, dropped calls, hung up on me, or were just incompetent. Pathetic. Do NOT use FedEx for any shipping. The absolute worst. I’d give less than 1 star but I can’t.

This company is a rip-off. I worked for them one day in November and I still haven’t received it. Josh Addis and Desiree are both con artists. If you don’t stay on past the training, they will NOT pay you your money owed. The job has no benefits, you work for a wage of $100 training/day or $150 for an actual working day. Desiree, who is the actual on-site “manager” is a fast-talking hustler, who stands up for everything but what is right. If you work for them, make sure you get verification for the days worked. If I could’ve given them 0 stars I would’ve. I’ve reached out to Josh and he’s said he mailed my check but I haven’t received it. Desiree won’t answer her phone. Why is it so hard to get something you worked for? DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY!

My package was suppose to arrive Saturday 11-20-21. Something told me to go check the website and it said failed attempt when I was home waiting alday for this package. Called told them to just drop it off in the drop box at Walgreens so they said it would be there monday 11-22-21. So I basically had to track my own package today. Called the 1-800 number and they told me it was at one location only for me to call to find out it was at another location. Called that location for them to tell me they basically don't know where my package is. They would have to check the trailer, also said other ppl were calling with the same problem. Since I have put in a claim online so let's see how many more days will go by before I get something I paid my hard earned money on.

This facility’s drivers are not the best. I completely understand your short staffed, however constantly leaving packages out in the pouring rain 2ft from the front door is getting to be a little ridiculous. Yesterday the driver was caught on camera throwing a high valued package and damaging it. All I’m asking if you you to please place it at the front door. It would be so much appreciated cause we’re tired of calling the companies and have to ship back and refund/replace. Then having you come back and doing it again. Let’s please break the cycle.

I had 2 packages come thru this facility & was supposed to been delivered the last 72hrs. My big 4ft package went all the way to a Walmart in another state & then the camera package. That driver claimed my 100yrs 1- story house didn't exist. My taxes, utilities & other mail sure get here daily. I had to go get the little. This FedEx is just 4 miles away from my home. The driver must didn't use Google maps. Lazy folks

My first package originated in CA, enroute to MO. It was relabeled by FedEx, and shipped to PA; then mislabeled after it was returned to MO, and was lost for 4 additional days. On the 5th day, FedEx phoned me to report the package was found, but could take an additional 3 days if they shipped it to me. Soooo, I chose to drive 20 miles to pickup a 55lb package! Couldn't chance it being lost again...looking on the brightside, at least they loaded it in my car.
