They are very unprofessional. They literally lied about delivering a package twice while I was at home those 2 times. Now instead of holding the package for me to pick it up, they are saying they are trying to deliver it again. But we already talked about it and I said they should hold it at the nearest Walgreens. Horrible staff and very unprofessional.

Krissy was very Humble in helping me with my order due to my anxiety kicking in but her humbling Spirit calmed me ALL the way down! She definitely utilized her Professionalism Skills pertaining to helping me as a customer, I’ve “NEVER” experienced someone like KRISSY who’ve shown Passion with her job, and working with customers in addition to her Outstanding Work Ethic! I HIGHLY recommend some type of Bonus or RAISE due to her Professionalism!! I strongly believe she’s like that will ALL the customers before myself….. More than Awesome she was and We the people NEED MORE OF KRISSY’S!!!!! Thank U, Thank U, Thank U Krissy for spreading that Humbling Spirit…. I walked away Very Satisfied!!!!

I was guaranteed delivery for Fri (Feb7) and changed it at the last second to Sat (Next Day/ Feb 8), even though my package has been sitting at their facility since 7am this morning. Unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Driver put that my address was undeliverable which is a lie I currently have filed a complaint against the driver. The supervisor informed me the Stl center steadily has these issues. This location is lazy and negligent. And they think they’re getting away with it.

I was almost hit head on by a fedex driver in my subdivision. He had headphones on and was looking down at his phone while driving on the wrong side of the road coming straight towards me as I blared my horn at him trying to swerve out of his way with no where to go. Thankfully, at the last second he finally saw me. This happened in Fenton Missouri on 1/25/25 at 11:35 AM & he was driving a APF Rental truck wearing his FedEx uniform. This was more than reckless driving this was negligence!

Drivers either do not show or they put the package in the wrong location. At our building the drivers drop the packages in the most trafficked area instead of delivering to the apartment door. This makes the package HIGHLY susceptible to theft and several packages have walked out of the building.
