Driver lies about attempting delivery then they tell you it’ll be at the ship center but you can’t get it because the driver that lied didn’t leave a door tag.

YIKES. Ordered an ornamental mailbox kit via Amazon and it was marked delivered. Problem: my house is pelted in security cameras; plane, train, drone, truck, helicopter, I would have seen them show up no matter how they chose to deliver. There was not a FedEx truck on my street or cross streets whatsoever that week, let alone that day....so, I call the corporate number and am directed to this office. I kindly request the gps coordinates of exactly where my parcel was delivered, since it sure the heck was nowhere by me. The person tells me they have that information, but I, the person having paid for the delivery, am not entitled to it.I'm not entitled to know where my package is? Uh, whodafeck is then, pal?Wild.Nonetheless, they said they opened a case and I'd hear back from them. I never heard from them again. When I would call for status updates, there was no record of anything.Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Camera shows no evidence of attempted delivery. FedEx calls me 2 times to pick up my package. Pick up site and phone rep said there's no package for me.

If you read reviews, you'll notice a trend here with poor service. Been waiting 4 days for an "overnight" delivery. Driver lies about attempting delivery, customer service backs them up and now I'm told I'll have to go pick it up myself. I'm not an employee of FedEx. They were paid for overnight delivery. They have cost my company nearly $50k in downtime and lost production plus my salary for time I've had to spend dealing with their refusal to do their job. I have the St. Louis City Attorney looking into potential theft by deception charges on the driver and FedEx. May end up being a Missouri Attorney General issue though. If enough customers contact authorities regarding these complaints, they'd be impelled to open an investigation. They don't have the right to take your money for services, lie about why they're depriving you of the use of your property, hold your items hostage and then break their contract by making you spend more time and money to go pick it up yourself. Taking control of your property and refusing to give it to you in the manner agreed upon constitutes theft.

This is my second package that’s mysteriously came up missing out of this location !!!! If you order any shoes from stock x or Nike they will steal it just pray they don’t send your package here for final delivery broke mfs

FedEx Ground DOES NOT pick up here everyday. Your package may sit for days. Be warned. There is some dispute with the contractor driver.

This is not directed at the shipping center, this is to the FedEx driver who is incompetent following specific delivery instruction, this is the 3rd package I could not have it delivered.

My shipment delivery date has been changed 4 times. Ending with today. Between 10 and 2 I'm told. I wait to run errands until delivery comes. After waiting past the delivery time they move it again. Never using you again.You have wasted my entire day again.I will also never buy from anyone who uses you. You are absolutely useless.Dennis Hamon... customer lost!!!
