Malik was so helpful during the call I had made. I dropped off a package on the weekend and didn’t think to pick up a receipt to track it. I did have the app and there was no progress made. I was scared the package got lost but he reassured me that the FedEx driver just picked up the packages since they don’t have pick ups on weekends. Thank you so much for your kind soul and patience.

It stayed in the same place for 3 days and did not come to my house. I cannot track it with the tracking number either. FedEx is really bad.

I went into this store to ship some packages at 9:30am on a Saturday morning. There was only one employee working and she was clearly not happy about it. Needless to say I left and went to UPS.

If you want to lose your package, be sure to contact Fed Ex. They excel in losing packages and not honoring claims for lost packages.

My parents went to get some items printed and worked with Janet. They said Janet was an angel who was very patient and kind and helped them get exactly what they needed printed. Kudos to Janet! Thank you for helping my parents! They appreciate it and I also appreciate it!

Janet went above and beyond showing true customer service. One of the many reasons I choose FedEx over UPS. Janet was very kind and knowledgeable making my experience tonight a breeze. One can only hope for such quality service these days. Thanks Janet!

Absolutely not helpful.
Have a lost package that was sent out from this location even though the worker was given a typed copy of the address.
Was not given a tracking number or a receipt from this transaction.
Now trying to find the package and was given zero help from the employees and told to call their 1800 number. Which apparently isn't operated by real humans.
What a dumpster fire. Probably would have been better off delivering this package by carrier pigeon.

Not great experience at the FedEx Office on Lindbergh. I understand businesses have strict timetables, but arriving 5 minutes before closing should still mean receiving some level of service. Instead, I was met with a locked door right in my face without so much as an apology or acknowledgment.
It would have been more professional and courteous if the staff had simply informed me they were closing rather than leaving me standing outside. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
