An unexpected repair need brought me to their phone, on an early Sunday morning. They arranged a tow service, found two custom tires, and had my car done by 10 am Monday.

Set up an appointment on Saturday at 8am to get my tail lights replaced. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:10am. I was told that they will get me in by 9:30 even though I had an 8 am appointment. I leave to running errands only to come back at 11am and my vehicle hasn’t been looked at. They finally started working on my vehicle around 11:15. I didn’t get out there until 12:55 even though I had an 8am appointment.

This place put my tires on incorrectly. Blizzack tires need to be installed facing a specific direction. I drove 3400 miles with them facing the wrong way to Alaska from Missouri. So here I am paying another $150 to get them taken off the wheel itself to face the proper way. I also booked an appointment for these tires specifically and I get there for my appointment and it turns out they didn’t have them in stock. You would think they would order them since I selected that specific tire. Should have known they wouldn’t know how to install the damn things. Realistically Firestone owes me $150 since that’s what I’m paying to have them put in correctly. Do not bring your car to be serviced at Firestone on Olive. They obviously have no idea what they’re doing.

This place will rip you off by telling you to fix things that don’t need fixing. They said the steering and suspension on my car needed attention, that the struts on my car needed replacing. Little did they know I got my struts replaced at Dobbs a couple weeks ago. They wanted to charge me $1,600 to get struts replaced when the steering and suspension on my car was fine!
I only went to this location because they were open on a Sunday and I needed immediate attention due to another issue that had nothing to do with the steering and suspension.
Be sure you double check and ask questions after they give you inspection/diagnostic information! They could be lying just trying to get your money!
