I had one flat tire but told them to replace the front tow tires and take the still good one and put it in my trunk as a spare. They ended up throwing the good tire into their recycling. When I called them the younger evening guy seemed irritated at me since he said he would have to fish it out.

I arrived at about 6:20, the sign on the door and the hours online say they're open until 7, but the front and side doors were locked. There were three employees inside. One of them hid behind a pole when I walked up to the side door, and the other two just stared at their phones and wouldn't look up at me even when I tapped on the glass and waved. All I needed was a tire patched. If you didn't want to help me, that's fine; I can go somewhere else, but ignoring me entirely was actually kinda mean :( Someone could have at least shook their head no at me or something and acknowledged my existence. (I'm leaving a 2-star review instead of one because when the first employee hid behind a pole from me, it made me giggle. I don't look threatening.)

They got me in same day directly from an out of town trip to fix a nail in my tire. Unfortunately the repair would not have been safe so they found me a great deal on a new tire. I was in and out in an hour.

Getting a vehicle inspected in the winter can be difficult. I had just bought a used pickup truck, and the roads were ice and snow covered. We had a break in the weather, and I called Firestone to see if I could get an inspection that day. The person who answered said that it generally takes two weeks advance for an appointment, but then he said, "Hold on and I will check with one of my inspectors." He returned and said that if I would leave the truck at the shop, one of the inspectors would work it into his schedule that day. I got the truck inspected that day, and another arctic blast of weather is in the forecast. Life is good.
