I cut a tire in St. Louis the day before Thanksgiving. Not only did they fix it but I was on my way in an hour. It was incredible service.

Was able to get my car repaired QUICK!!!!! Same day with only about 3.5 hours left in their work day. Had to call so many places to get a spot to do 100% repairs today. Thanks Matt and other scheduler!! Both professional and fun!

I had a screw in my tire and contacted Firestone on line to schedule an appointment. After I did the manager called and stated I couldn't schedule and needed to bring in my truck and leave it all day until they had time to work on it. I said I'd bring it in at 8 am the next day. I contact customer support and asked why they had appointments showing available on line but had none available. They asked which location and for my info. I got the standard response "I'll send your comments to management" Before I dropped off my truck I took a picture of the screw with a tape measure showing how far it was from the sidewall (1.7"). After I dropped off the truck, the manager called at 10:23 am and stated "the screw is too close to the sidewall and the tire would need to be replaced". The tire would be $300, the plug repair $30. I asked what the standard minimum distance from the sidewall was. He responded "1/4 to 1/2 inch". I said we'll, that's odd. I took a picture of mine with a tape measure showing its 1.75" from the sidewall. To which the manager said he would double check and put me on hold. He returned 2 min later and said oh yeah, plenty of room to plug it. This was an underhanded attempt to upsell me something 10 times more expensive than needed. I understand they are trying to make money but, I've spent thousands there in the past and expected some respect and honesty. I have heard stories similar to this from friends about this location. Steer clear of here, they can't be trusted.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Matt, Josh, and Aaron at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Chippewa. For the last week I have been having issues with my tire and it kept losing air so today (8/24) I drove to the Chippewa location to see if anyone could help me during my lunch break thinking I would probably need to schedule an appointment but to my surprise I was informed someone could look at the tire and have me on the way within the hour. Sure enough my car was brought in, and the tire situation was taken care of and I was out the door within 45 minutes. Thank you again for everything!

I went and obtained a new tire. I was stranded and it was a two hour wait for road side assistance. They mount and balance my tire that I provided. I was thankful that they got me back on the road in a timely manner.Service: Tires

car issues on sundays suck because everyones booked on mondays...firestone STILL made time to check my Jeep and tell me what was needed to repair it...my car was ready early tuesday...THANKS!!

Came in on Thursday, June 1st, at 730am, to ask about getting some services done. The worker saw me, gave me a dirty look and said he couldn’t get me in until next week. Because my car can’t go very far and is in dire need of a look, i was trying to explain what was happening and getting ready to ask where else could I go before I was cut off with “well we have staffing issues.” I finished asking my question which was “well I’m trying to ask you where else can I go?” And was still met with a disrespectful tone and was told to go down the road. I am disappointed with the customer service and i don’t think i will be bringing my business here ever again. I don’t think i could trust my car with a service worker that is disrespectful, rude and lack understanding. You don’t treat customers this way and you certainly don’t take your frustrations out on them.

Matt at the front was very honest and understood to me because I didn't need what I told him I thought I need. Very helpful and saved me money! Highly recommend.
