Our tire blew out on the highway right before the Loughborough exit so my boyfriend changed to the spare and we immediately started hearing an clunking noise. I found this Firestone location less than 0.2 miles away and Josh and Corey immediately got our vehicle in for repair.
We’re on our way to spend time with my very ill uncle and a military family so our time is spread this We couldn’t be more grateful for how wonderfully they treated us. Thank you guys so much.

Had an appointment and showed up to drop my car off and was told that they had technicians that didn't show up so my car would have to wait until tomorrow. I told the clerk that was okay, and I would be leaving my car. He asked me if I had an appointment which I said I did and he said he didn't see it in the system and that i should've received a call and next time I should call ahead to confirm my appointment. I showed him my text saying that my appointment was confirmed, which he then continued to say that I need to confirm over voice, the text doesn't confirm my appointment. Why would you send a confirmation text if the appointment is not confirmed and then back track in person and say I need to confirm over call instead? I have been going to firestone for years and they would never send me a confirmation text if I wasn't actually confirmed, regardless of whether or not I received a call. I told him I didn't appreciate him insinuating that I'm lying and that I'm an idiot for not know how things work, to which the clerk replied snarkily "that sounds like you're projecting something". Never have I ever experienced such a lack of accountability and lack of hospitality at Firestone. I understood the lack of technicians and was willing to wait until tomorrow, but i did not appreciate the rudeness from the clerk. I didn't even catch his name; I was so frustrated, I just left. Some guy with long blonde/brown hair. You can be stressed and upset that your coworkers called off, but why are you taking it out on me as the customer when I had a proper appointment, came early for my appointment, and was willing to waiy for my service due to unforeseen circumstances? I contemplated going to alternative places but decided to stay loyal to firestone, but yeah, nevermind. Firestone charges way more than the competitors and the workers treat you like you're a bother rather than a customer anyway. I'll be going to the competitors now and making sure all of my clients, family, and friends steer clear from now on.

I had an appointment for an oil change and got taken care of right away. Very happy with the friendliness of the guys and their professionalism.

I stopped in for an oil change last week, Josh was very kind and helpful with identifying some issues with my car to prevent a larger repair further down the road. I was surprised at how quickly Kevin was able for complete the job. I will definitely be coming back.

I took my car here and figured out the repairs were very costly. So I told them to just replace one tire instead, however they just left it in the bay after I told them just don’t touch it if you haven’t changed the tire because I’ll have it towed and I’ll return when I have more money. Then I go to pick it up and the mechanic lets my car go down super hard on a spare with a broken tie rod. Instead of backing out slowly, he started turning all exaggerated causing the spare to come off the rim so the rim is now scraping. I’m telling him “hey yo stop it you’re going to mess it up”, atleast adjust the tire come on. Then proceeded to laugh about it when he gave my keys to the tow person. The tow person even suggested he would bring it out from the end it was facing but still, this guy had to be macho and do it himself. Sheesh
