My husband and I were dealing with a flat tire situation and came to this location. Jim was at the front and even though he was short staffed (his 8 o'clock person never showed) he provided us with excellent service and care! He called another employee from a different location to come and take care of us and several other customers as well. Elliot was the name of the young man that came to help I believe. Both he and Jim took the best care of us and got us on our way! We were very pleased with the service and prices as well!

Every step of the process - from check in to check out was perfect. Mike was on the desk and was fantastic. Got me checked in, found my tires, provided all the information I needed, and provided follow up.

Told me they wouldn't do a basic state inspection because "our machine is broke until at least August". But I don't need emissions... "Nope, it's broke".

We've been using this shop for tires, oil changes, etc. We can always get an appointment when we need it, the prices are reasonable (and look for couopons) they are all very friendly, courteous and always gets the job done in a timely manner.

I had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, emissions test. The mechanic noticed a cut in one tire. They did not have the tire at their store. They got the tire delivered to their store as quickly as possible and replaced the defective tire. The tire was under warranty. I always buy tires at Firestone along with the road hazard coverage.

I broke down on a Sunday afternoon, (06/09 at 3:00), while driving through town on my way home to Nashville. I called around and most places couldn’t get me in for a week. These guys were able to squeeze me in with no appointment, and get my car back up and running. Incredibly helpful, highly recommend!!! Give these guys a raise!!!!
