Bill S saved the day today! I ran over something and driving down Telegraph realized I had two holes in my tire and was losing air very quickly. He kindly & quickly mounted my spare so I could make it to my appointment on time, and at no charge. So very grateful, thank you Bill!!

Good customer service. But booking an online appointment won't actually get you an appointment. The guy told me 2 weeks, even though the system said I had an appointment the next day. The other store laughed when I called, and said their diagnostics guys just left, sorry. But Dobbs is only .2 miles away, on telegraph road. I always feel prioritized there.

Excellent customer service!! They also did an amazing job replacing my tire! Great quality and even greater care!! I'll be back to purchase and replace the other three tires on my vehicle!!

While they were not able to find a precise cause of the problem with my car...they did not charge me for the last round of troubleshooting...and did troubleshoot this time. The problem seems resolved now.

Called telegraph store 5/24 Fri.Took 5 tries over 1/2 hour with no answer.Finally spoke with joshua.He was to call right back.2 1/2 hours later i called back,he was gone for the day.He took info needed but didnt leave notes.Next tech took same info at 4pm and was to call back.7pm no return call.Saturday 5/25 waited for return call untill 1pm no return call.I called Discount Tire in arnold.Took 5 minutes to order tires & make appointment.

The staff and mechanics at the Telegraph Firestone store are the best!!! The quality of work is excellent and the prices are reasonable!! I highly recommend them when you need work/servicing of your vehicle!!

My survey expired and timed out. I’ll leave my review here. The staff was extremely helpful and saved my life. The staff took care of my car. I had an emergency and I didn’t need an appointment. I look forward to working with this store and not lemay store but this one.
