Absolutely terrible customer service. Branches no longer have tellers and staff there has little knowledge of how to do anything. They do Zoom calls to managers for help. Worst experience ever trying to help my 95 year old dad

Unbelievably bad service. We have a second checking account that we intend to use for emergencies. We are locked out of that account on the web site and came to this location for help. The two women at the location were rude, not helpful, and sarcastic. So we came in for help and left with a code that still doesn't give access to our account. What's the point of having money in the bank when we can't use it? We switched to First Bank because they were close to our house, then they closed that location and this is the closest one. But if we can't use our money, it sounds like it's time for us to get another bank.

Terrible banking institution. Charged me $50 in fees just to have a checking account with them after they told me there was no fee for it, and when I went in to request a refund they offered me 4 dollars. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to first community
