I like that their ATM’s dispense cash $5 at a time. It’s handy to have something other than 20’s……but a FOUR DOLLAR ATM fee. Get out of here! I get it. You maintain the ATM and I don’t have an account. I expect a fee. But $4 is insane.

I am not as happy with some of the Busiiness decisions that First Bank makes, and at times I don't think they look very closely at the customer base. But the folks at THIS branch are absolutly AWESOME!! I am a business and personal customer, and THEY are a big reason I am still at this bank!

I've been a customer for 20 years on the Illinois side. I moved to St Louis and it's been downhill since. They closed all the Illinois branches that were handy, converted all the grocery store locations to ATMs, and this particular Branch I think close at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and thursday. I'm wondering if they're going to go out of business by the looks of it.

The employees at this branch bank are the best l have ever dealt with. They take time to actually explainsome of many errors that l have made over the time l have been with this bank. They excel in my opinionand should receive .some kind of reward for being excellent employees. ( HARD TO FIND)Respectfully, PalM. Cliver.

This Branch is a total disaster. I am a business client and spent years of time with First Bank. And because of this branch. They have lost my business for good.

Wow, it's not the bank necessarily, it's the people working there that is so good. I couldn't ask for better! Stacy and her team are a fine tuned machine. If it was possible to give higher than a five star rating, I would.
