Today is Saturday January 20th found out January the eightaint. My hospital information from my doctor's office was compromised 20000 plus people. Someone has been using my account and buying things and of stolen money from me.So young Lady, that helped me with my new credit cards and closing my accounts and opening new accounts and giving me new debit cards was amazing

Its nothing against this branch its the company itself. Anytime I make an online purchase they cancel it regardless of what I say. Im about ready to switch banks. Beyond frustrated.

Quite possibly the worst online banking experience ever. Site has an unfriendly user interface is is riddled with bugs and usability issues. i've completely lost trust in it and am ready to move banks.

A waiter lost my debit card. I called to cancel it and was told the system for canceling debit cards was down. Called three hours later. Same thing. Called three hours later. Same thing. An essential system should not be down for that long. Serious fail. I am changing banks as soon as possible.

Scumbag bank. They will purposely charge overdraft fees when you aren’t overspending and will lock your account randomly. The worst experience I have EVER had with a bank. I’m unable to eat because I can’t access my funds and their customer support is a joke. I’ll make sure to send as many people away from here as possible.

Worst bank to use lie about overdraft charges definitely going to another bank they're doing what bank of America got sued for a few years ago. Customer service is terrible attitude they don't care about the customer just want your money overdraft support is no help this bank is worst than U.S BANK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!

Honestly, I used to love First Community. Coming from a bank, their small town community approach was wonderful and refreshing. Unfortunately now they are no different than any large banking institutions. Customer service has devolved into the worst kind of relationship, seeking only to ensure they make some kind of profit off any person desperate enough to continue business with them. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of getting a mortgage through them and now it seems for the time being I am stuck having to deal with what might be the worst financial institution in St. Louis. When I am able to close my accounts with them and never come back will be a glorious day. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I have a car loan and so far they have been unable to automatically take payments from my account and I get late notices and need to go into the branch to clear things up but then the next month I need to do it all over again. Total incompetence. I will be paying off this loan and will never recommend them to anyone.

The woman literally gave me someone else’s debit card information when I asked her to give me a new debit card because someone stole my information. I would never recommend trusting these people with your cards or money.
