I was in the parking lot making a phone call & saw the Foot Locker employees mistreating a young man & his family for about 30 minutes. They accused the man of selling a cap that he had on when he entered the store. I told them to ask for the manager of the store to check the cameras. They told me that the manager was worst than the employees & just laughed at them & did nothing. The manager also picked up their car keys that they sat on the counter & wouldn’t give back. On entering the store that was true. The manager was clowning around & flirting with one of the female employees. As I was leaving I told them to call the police. This happened on Halloween night 10/31/23 around 7-8pm. I didn’t get the mangers name, but he was a black man with a beard.In closing, I will never buy anything from this location again. Something needs to be done to improve this store before someone gets hurt.

Don't shop at this Foot Locker Buzz Westfall plaza on the Boulevard! They accused me of stealing a Nike hat that I came with on my head! Then the manager grabbed the hat off my head while I was debating with another employee about the pants I was thinking about buying! Then after arguing with most of the staff I got my hat back and left my keys to my car on their counter, they let me walk out and stole the keys Then said they didn't have them after I came back in and asked them did I leave them. The whole evening staff lied and said I didn't leave no keys and the manager had them the whole time. The same manager who took the hat off my head. They let me look around the store for like 15 mins and had them the whole time!!! The manager argued with my girl and a couple other employees did too. The whole staff laughing at me the whole time Im Looking for the keys. The security on they side laughing and accusing me. Lied with the WHOLE store. Then the manager said it's cool after tryna make me pay $5 for the hat I came in there with on my head. My girl called the police while we stood next door at hibbet sports. One of the hibbet sports employees went next door and got them after hearing our story. She came right back with them and said the manager gave them to her! So the police came and left. Then half or more of the store cameout the store recording and laughing and yelling at us and the manager started dancing. The security let them do it. Was with the Shira too tryna extort me but nobody called the police but my girl. They act like they wanted to jump me but didn't come down the steps. Steady taunting us about my car!!! They all should be fired and I'll love to be the new manager!!!

Bought 3 pair of shoes for my children and a few clothing items. 2/3 of the shoes were either one size too small or too big so when we came back in for an EXCHANGE there was an issue. They acted as if my toddler had worn his even tho they were TOO BIG.. I can tell they’re used to dealing with scammers and shiesty people. I won’t spend no more money with these idiots. Too petty for my liking

Set in the store for over 30 minutes was told a shoe I bought was there and it wasn’t!! Everybody working there was slow or either on the phone to where they kept a line!!!! So ghetto!!!! Then they mixed up customer receipts the manager didn’t want to help at all he seemed very frustrated!!!

Immediately when I step in the door, the energy and the vibrations are completely off. The guy doing inventory demeanor was off like he didn’t not want to help me, but did. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this footlocker, just go to the mall.

I wentvin to buy my 3 children shoes and there were people standing around not helping or asking anyone if they need help so I took my children elsewhere and bought them 2 pair each! Ridiculous!!
