I had the most unprofessional experience at this location in all the years I’ve been shopping here. After being told they’re credit card system is not updated and there is not a guarantee my payment will approve, I was upset. The cashier was nice and explained she never deals with credit cards and called a manager up. The manager came up and was very shrude and nonchalant about the situation. I brought my account up to show I didn’t have a balance due the manager threaten to have security put me out as I was “holding up the line.” She refused to disclose her name but repeatedly insulted me and called me broke throughout the remaining time I stood there. She was completely unprofessional and showed no respect to me as a customer! This is the worst location in Missouri!

Had a terrible shopping experience. They refused to honor the price on the tag for the item. Initially tried to charge me more than the ticket price. The cashier (Gairra) was too busy gossiping with another coworker to notice. When I corrected her she then entered another price that was above the ticket price when I corrected her a second time she said she couldn’t honor that and I asked why since this item along with others identical to it had been marked down. I asked to speak to the manger she conveniently said it was the girl she was gossiping with standing next to her. (I assume she wasn't based on their conversation trying to figure out if someone had otter fired which a manger would know). This girl also couldn’t honor the price and then said the only way to fix it was to charge me more for my other item. These ladies were trash and have terrible math and customer service skills. I will never return to this store again.

Was there this afternoon 6/3 and your cashiers were loudly making fun of another customer who was shopping in the store. Does your store condone bullying? If you're going to make fun of your own customers, at least have the decency to take it to more private quarters so you don't show your ugly faces to the other customers, yeah?

They blocked off the fitting rooms. How can I buy something without being able to try anything on? At least leave one open. They blocked it all off with clothes racks, and a paper sign that someone made with marker. And taped it up. Not worth going if you can't try anything on.

Don't have to worry about me going back in there anymore the young girl that was at the register had a very bad attitude when I asked how was she doing she started complaining I asked what's wrong you tired she said no I am just tired of getting these return packages I said well baby this is my first time ever in this store and I told her I will not be returning anything here again it was a drop off package then my sister she said she went to ask for a price on this jacket and she snapped out on her I asked her was she getting the jacket and my sister respond I don't spend my money nowhere when people have nasty attitude I said oh wow You too lol

This location is unprofessional, rude, and ghetto…and the associates are liars. Called to check on an in store pickup order that was placed the previous day because I had not received a confirmation email that the (ONE) headband I ordered was ready. The associate lied and said it takes their stores “several days” to process in store pick up orders. Then the associate acted like I was bothering her by calling. I called customer service and was advised that orders are processed same day as long as they are placed by 12pm that day. As I stated, my order was placed the day before and customer service confirmed that the system showed the order was placed the day before. I cancelled my order. This was my first and last time shopping here. The cheap clothing is not worth the headache.

We came to St Louis Galleria for this store. We live 2 hours away. They closed early because they can and let all their employees leave 30 mins before they were supposed too. We will not be back to this location.
