WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Package I ordered over three weeks ago still not picked up. Been trying to communicate with them for two weeks and nothing. No response whatsoever. AWFUL! Do not shop this site!

I am conflicted writing this review. I generally love the Free People brand. Very cute, hippy, girlie clothes. Most of the clothes (especially dresses and tops) are geared toward small-chested, skinny chics, neither of which describes moi. However, I've lucked up with more than a few super cute finds. You really just have to try everything on and not assume it will or won't fit. This particular location is quite small in comparison to locations in other cities. They rarely have what I'm looking for so I end up buying mostly online and just returning here if it doesn't fit (you cannot exchange unless they have it in-store). I agree with other Yelpers' sentiment about the workers. Service is subpar. They are completely disconnected from the customer service aspect of retail. I may get a greeting upon arrival, but usually that doesn't happen. I usually feel like I'm bothering them when I ask a question. I hope St. Louis adds another store in Frontenac or West County. In the meantime, I'll come here only if I need to return an online order.

Free People ruined my Christmas. I placed my order on December 15 and thry assured me it would be here in time for Christmas. I called multiple times and every time was assured that it would be here. Now my daughter is in town for one day and I do not have a gift for herOrder Number: FN02808375

Drove an hour to get here and refused to let me exchange a gift for a different size because I didn’t have the receipt. All items were brand new with tags on and I’m so sad I couldn’t exchange because I shop here alllll the time ? I love there leggings but probably won’t be back.
