This is the worst Freightliner dealer service I have been to all over America... they absolutely do not want to work. They raise prices twice. They refuse to fix under warranty what they are obliged to do. They cheat. They did not fix my truck, they only made it worse. And they told me to pay money although it should have been under warranty. This is a real scam.

These guys don’t know how to do anything but they’ll still charge you a fortune. They didn’t fix the problem but they took over a grand anyway

Beware they will charge you a 2hr minimum to have a Tech guess whats wrong and not even be accurate on if it's the actual problem. Multiple services was performed and each time all services was not the actual problem. Decided to take unit to another shop and all honesty my truck was completely looked at carefully and all issues were fixed without paying a 2 hr minimum to have inexperienced techs to assume what's wrong. All honesty is key, even if you pay for the 2hr minimum, if a issue is present to wear if your diagnosing it for one issue and another issue is present, you would think they would tell you everything that they are experiencing or discovered. Instead they will not tell you and just fix what they assume to be issue and that's it. You would have to pay another 2 hr minimum to have them relook at a known issue that was present and to guess what's wrong. Last but not lease, none of the 2 hr minimum goes towards repair, that is a separate bill. Do not get ripped off. FIND ANOTHER SHOP.

Today is Monday, 1/14/25. My truck was towed into this dealership on 1/11/25 after hours. I returned Monday morning to the Service Desk to inquire about a timeline on getting repairs and dealt with Renee, Service Advisor. She jumped right into action researching why I was there and updated me on tentative time of completion. And she was right too! As I was getting a few things out of my truck and charging my batteries, here comes Renee to plug into my truck and place a number on the windshield. She was only wearing a light jacket and I was surprised! She definitely needs a company issued sable mink coat for her time spent outdoors! One must stay warm while outside! Dealing with people with problems is challenging but I think Renee’s personality is wonderful and up to the challenge. I enjoyed my interactions with her. I also had the pleasure to meet Jim, the general manager. He was a very pleasant man with a beautiful disposition that knows how to smile. Sometimes, a rarity these days! I enjoyed chatting with him and I think his employees are lucky to have a man of such caliber. I basically had to have my special windshield replaced and a few other odds & ends. The dealership has a very nice lounge and very clean too. The atmosphere seemed “ down to earth” , a positive in my book. No brushing me off and maybe a “we care” atmosphere too. 33 years as a trucker with several experiences at a Freightliner Dealership that could not even come close to this one. Dealing with the public is trying and I think everyone here trying hard to satisfy the customer to the best of their ability. I’m leaving here satisfied! No problems with your staff on my behalf. Keep up the good work.

Horrible place & ppl to do business with!!!! And if you Black you had better watch out! Because I know they don't treat their White customers the way they treat the Black ppl that come there.

Towed my Truck here for being in Derate mode 5mph, i was quoted $5,897 (def filters, Knox sensors and some other valves) for the job i had to put 3k down in order for them to start the work on the truck and pay the rest of it when the work is done, ofkours if that would get my truck running lets do it, that was Thursday, truck was supposed to be done on Monday.
Friday late afternoon i received received email they asking for $14,000 downpayment in order to complete more work on it, the total at the end of the work would be around $22,000, basically to replace the one box completely, after they did what they quoted me and saying that will get you back on the road, they somehow discovered i need whole new dpf box, but not telling me prior to agreeing for the $5,897, ( and ofkours you
Know how is with the DEF we can tell you everything and scam you the right way after we run some diagnostics AS USUAL ) I wouldve took the truck straight to the yard without dumping almost 6k in their pockets, and still have the truck the same way i took it in 5mph derate.
Just to make fun of me after i called the Bank Ffor it the Shop manager Melody offered me $300 after spending almost 10k for towing and repairs to drop the dispute.
Friendly reminder fellow truckers, call your bank right before you pay or you sign to their terms and conditions, because you wont be able to get your equipment without payment, meaning you have to agree first, but if you give them a call before hand you will be alright ?? take care now, legal scams are a thing.
