Fresh Thyme is my go to store for beef, fish, and a lot of organics. Their house made sausage is quite good, well seasoned, and competitively priced. The staff is generally helpful, professional, and appear to enjoy working there.

I went in here to pick up nine items on a DoorDash order could not find four of the items looked for 40 mins I proceed to ask a lady for help after she dodged me in the store to help, me she points to the other side of the store, which is where non-food items are when I’m looking for food items. She was not trying to help me. She said that wasn’t her job, you are DoorDash and that she would not do my job for me not what I wanted you to do but pretty sure you’re supposed to show me where stuff is in the store. Then we started arguing. The lady starts cussing saying that she would not help me. Turns out she is the nighttime manager. She called all the men from the back of the store to come up as if I was a threat like if I was a threat, don’t you think you should call the police instead of trying to escalate the situation Any good manager would’ve figured that out I’ve been in management for years and I will never return to that store to even do a DoorDash order terrible experience terrible customer service from the management. The lady who helped me at the counter was very nice. The gentleman that came up from the back thought he was going to intimidate me like I said y’all might wanna call the cops because you’re going to need them

Fresh Thyme carries Boars Head deli meats which is why I shop there. They also have really good crusty french bread.

i was so surprised to find the surplus of vegan options… from fresh falafel wraps, a variety of baked goods, MANY vegan brands selling things like pizzas or flatbreads, and even banana milk! they have lunch meat, cheeses, and basically every dairy product veganized, such as pudding, with an overall great selection! super friendly staff!
