Deer Processing is quick. Everything is good and we typically get the Jalapeño and Cheese Summer Sausage. Cajun is great too! Try the snack sticks! EVERYTHING is Awesome here!Drop off M-F 8AM-4:00PM; Saturday 9AM-4:00PM

Our old fashioned meat market has 30+ sausages made onsite, as well as deli meats & cheeses, Landjager beefsticks, and an assortment of steaks, chops & ground beef. We also carry a selection of imported food items, local items and signature “you can beat Gw meat” logo items. G&W also processes deer year round & sells venison sausage in the shop. Customers are offered a cold Bavarian beverage while shopping. G&W has a strong wholesale business as well, we have made the brats for Grants Farm for over 40 years. You can find G&W on the menu at restaurants & tourist attractions throughout St.Louis and can find G&W sausages at grocery stores, local meat markets, convenience stores as well.
