Not a single word was spoken to us the entire time we were in the store. There was one other person shopping and they were also not being spoken to. I’ll just order from eBay. I much prefer shopping in person, but there’s little incentive if they never have what you want and the workers are rude. It’s no wonder speciality stores like this are closing down everywhere.

The last two times I have gone, during posted business hours, they have been closed with a hand written "back in 30" sign on the door. Thanks for wasting my time and my gas.

The only bad service I have received at a GameStop (going back as far as the EB days) was at this store. Sent from another store that was out of stock and came in with a receipt and product for a warranty return/swap and was not only refused, but was told to f*** off and get the f*** out of the store when questioning why the swap was being refused after another store had sent me 20 min. to this one for this exact reason and questioning the 'policy' the CS rep cited which is nowhere in y original warranty paperwork or on the site. Really, truly unapologetically terrible service. As a former employee for 11 years at another store, and having vast experience with customers and other employees, I would recommend going to literally any other store in the area based on my experience at this one.

Just drove all the way to this GameStop to find the open sign on but the door locked. No one answering the phone says it closes at nine but it’s 723.

Stopped in to grab a good deal on Pokémon cards with Pro rewards. When we got to the register, the young lady helping us was unnecessarily rude when my partner said he had some rewards but wasn't sure how to use them. She was incredibly rude and short for no reason - it was clear that she was either having a bad day or gets a lot of flack about rewards, but it was upsetting to the point that we came right back in and returned the cards. Especially upsetting since the Pro email encourages you to "ask an associate for help."

The employees here are essentially scammers. They will lie to you and say purchasing a pro subscription is required for all console purchases (it's not). They also refuse to price match like other stores. DO NOT USE THEM.
