This place won’t even provide a price over the phone. If I want to spend my money on pa els and fabricate. That should be ok. Company’s that think only their fabricators can install are delusional!

Ashley and Sharon were absolutely the best in helping us out with our selection of stone countertops. First class layout to review all types of stone. Ashley zeroed in our pick from our home countertop. She matched it exactly for our lake kitchen. Extremely knowledgeable.

I was so amazed by the variety of stone slabs that were available. The staff member there greeted us at the desk was kind and very clear with the instructions about viewing them. I was also amazed by how they organized them. I’ve gained a new found love for stone.

Can't believe I never reviewed this place. While they have a great selection and most staff are friendly and helpful there are a select few who are very rude.
We selected 2 granite slabs that we liked from Global and they sent costs to our fabricator. My husband and I agreed on a slab, signed a contract and paid in full with the fabricator. Only after this was done did Global come back and say they mispriced the slab and would not honor their pricing. They quoted us around $3k for a slab and came back to say it was actually $6k. We were heart broken and had to restart the granite selection processes.
After selecting and paying for a new slab I went back with color swatches for granite sinks as I wanted to compare them to my granite. Even though I was there 1 hour before closing I was ignored by all sales staff. I was hoping someone could spend just a few minute holding the swatches up for me so I could stand back and view them with the granite. I asked 2 or 3 employees when finally one person responded with "You know it's a holiday weekend, we are trying to get out of here early". Really!! This is how they treat you just days after buying one of their most expense 'Quote 2' granite slabs. No one ever helped me that day which was unfortunate because I owed the decision to my contractor that night and the only reason I was running last minute on it was because of them and their pricing mistake!
I also found Global is the only granite distributor in the area that will kick you out at closing time. All others will stay and let you browse and answer your questions for as long as it takes. I usually work till 5/6pm or later, so the hours were hard to work around and of course the employees ask you to leave in the rudest way. Given our first encounter with them, I will not be considering Global for any future projects. I will add, in case they care, it was always 2 specific employees who were rude to us every single time we came in.

Global was very helpful in helping us select granite for our kitchen. They also have an area to entertain children while shopping their warehouse, which was very convenient.

Great company with fantastic staff. I would recommend Global Granite to anyone. The showroom is massive and you can view the full slabs, not just small samples.
