Arrived to pick up my online order at 6:30pm when the store's posted hours say they're open until 7:00pm. Lights are on but gates are closed. No note or anything. Called the store as well but no one answered. I'm sure this isn't how GNC corporate wants their stores ran.

Love this GNC!! Get all of my protein shakes from here and the workers are super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking to eat healthier for the new year!!

Went to the store to get my pick-up order and they were randomly closed at 5:30PM (closes at 7). Sign claimed they would be back in a 1/2 hour but after waiting 30 minutes no one ever showed up. Very frustrating. Don’t plan a special trip around going here!

My shopping experience was kind of ok. It’s weird to see that the store entitled as GNC authorize store but not listed in GNC official website. When I asked this to the guy there at store he said I don’t have an answer to this as why we’re not listed in website. Writing this to find out and so that others will also get to know the authenticity of the store.Else from supplements perspective, they’ve ample options for everyone not just limited to GNC but other brands as well

Came in and this was probably my first time ever at a GNC. I had an idea of what I was looking for, not only did the consultant help me find it but he was also able to give me other alternatives and suggestions for what I can do that may help me better achieve the results I'm looking for going forward. And I definitely will be following his advice. So if you ever need any help with anything here, hit up Ken, he'll definitely get you hooked up with the knowledge and supplies you need. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. Also very approachable. He also didn't pressure or anything like he was trying to just make a sale it meet a quota, bonus that he also didn't put off any douchey / condescending vibes. Dude also had a good sense of humor lol. If he reads this, or his boss does, see if he remembers where Turkish Delights are from lol. (answer, it's sweets that were featured in Narnia: The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe)

The STL Galleria Mall GNC is hands down the best GNC store. Ken is the best and will provide anyone with the best knowledge on supplements.

The staff at this location is highly educated about their products. Steven is an amazing assistant manager, he is very kind and he will take the time to explain a product for yourself to make yourself the best you could be! I've been a pro member for over three years now and wanted to give a shout out to the staff who have helped me over the past three years to make my self a healthier person. Thank you GNC st.louis Galleria!!!
