Horrible experience. My med was called in on aug 30 and was ignored by this staff. I’m out of my meds as of today. Still no call from goldsmith telling me my med is ready. I called them this morning. They filled it after I called 8 DAYS LATER. THEY GAVE ME NO EXPLANATION AND NO APOLOGY. JUST!!! Hunched shoulders. I will be in search of a new pharmacy immediately

Good service until they got tangled up with the RxLocal App. Now it is completely hopeless! THe App insists on a SMS address. I do not (and never will) use a 'smartphone' with SMS. I can't see it, It is useless what are these people thinking??? And now my perscription is out of stock with NO idea when it will be available!No notice - no hope!

The woman on the phone was so rude. She spoke over me the entire time. She would not let me complete a sentence and say one word. They entered my prescriptions in wrong as completely different medications. Still waiting!

You know you're getting the best here. The compound pharmacist is excellent and the product they deliver is top notch. The text service is very responsive and fast and answered unexpectedly quickly to my questions even outside of business hours today.

I had an interview at 12:00pm. I arrived about 10 minutes before as a punctual candidate. I wanted 45 minutes for my interview and once I stated I wanted to cancel. The pharmacy technician brushed it off and never told the hiring manager. On top of this many of the customers were leaving dissatisfied due to their lack in ability to fill scripts in a timely manner.This company has too much food on their plate!

For the last couple years, it's worked like clockwork. My doctor called in my prescription, and Goldsmith would pop it in the mail for me. The whole process took about 3 days, from the time I called my doc about a refill, to the time I was receiving my meds in the mailbox. It was super convenient. Then this past month (January), my doctor called in my medication, but it was not automatically mailed out, as noted in my account that it should be, and noone contacted me to tell me it was just sitting there. When I called to find out what was up, I was told they no longer will mail narcotic prescriptions, but that I could get it done this one last time. That was over a week ago. I still have not received my medication, and now I can't get a human being on the phone. Caller #15 in line, really? I called in my medication need to the doc on January 19. Today is February 1st, and still nothing. Although, I did receive a voice-mail from the pharmacy 2 days ago explaining the rates for mailing meds are going up as of February. It's a good thing this isn't a life saving medication, but not having access has caused me undue pain, and I've had to ration the end of my last month's medication to avoid withdrawal symptoms. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This pharmacy is wonderful. Can be a little hard to get a hold of on the phone unless you call right away in the morning but, worth it! Great pharmacy with outstanding employees who are courteous and very helpful. Also, have a nice small area for OTC products which is helpful. Easy to find and great parking. Delivery service is available with a small fee. This pharmacy is too notch and you will never be disappointed.
