Great place to shop if you want to pay full price on last years products. If you want to look at products this is the place if you want to buy them go direct to the manufacturer it’s probably cheaper.

I went to Golf Galaxy for a driver fitting session. Bob was awesome and really helped analyze my swing and come up with some great suggestions. Including a larger grip to help relax my hands and a little more loft on my driver to help get some more carry.

Yes it is pricy, but I brought 4 of my clubs in to be regripped, they regripped them WAY better than I could have, they even checked the lofts on 2 of my clubs as I did not know their lofts. One of their employees, was VERY kind and knowledgeable on his station so props to him.

Bought a new putter and the person checking me out says “sorry we don’t have a head cover for it”. You kidding me? $300 and you can’t find a head cover. Pull one off of the freakin’ shelf; I don’t care. But don’t tell me you don’t have one. Poor customer service; buy online stay away.

Nice selection of clubs, bags, and clothes. however, not very helpful or friendly, and honestly the employees seem very stuck up. I came in to buy new clubs, drivers, putter, bag, balls, shoes, etc. But, Their attitude and lack of help just drove me to go to Dick’s down the road and spend $3,500 with them, because they were helpful and friendly. In today’s business world and market, customer service is very important, and consumers have options to shop anywhere. This place has lost all of my future business as well.

Guy at the front counter on 7/21/22 was horrible in helping me when I asked for help Here we go... Background - Walked in to purchase a push cart for golf ($200-300 price tag) Saw the push carts and there were like 6 different styles I found one I liked but couldn't get it to collapse property I walked up to the front counter and asked the guy (wish I got his name) for someone to help me at the golf push carts His response "sorry no one is available; they are all busy with other customers" (store wasn't that busy at 6pm because I walked to the bathroom before I went to the golf section) I said can you please call someone for me because I need some assistance and have them meet me at the golf push carts Probably 8-10 minutes later no one arrived and I noticed he never called anyone to help over the PA speaker I walked up to the counter and asked if anyone coming He responded that "everyone was still busy with other customers" I laughed at his lie to me and said I guess you don't want to help me and left. I hope the owner or store manager reads this and realized you missed out on an EASY $200-300 sale over lack of customer service from the guy at the front

Went to return a putter I have barely used(maybe played 5-6 rounds). First guy I talked to was to was older and instantly gave me a negative attitude. He told me I can’t return cuz I used it but my dad returned his putter a couple hours before I did. The girl next to him at least tried to help me out so I couldn’t return the putter and get one that I liked. However I did pay cash and I didn’t have the receipt. I don’t understand why the history on my account isn’t enough or why they wouldn’t email a receipt. Manager came out and offered me the high price of $130. I play $436 for this putter. I have bought all my golf products here but that doesn’t seem to matter to the golf galaxy team. All I wanted to do was return this putter and purchase a different one. I understand that they can give me back 100% of what I payed but $130 for my putter was insulting.

I just walked out of this store because of a sale rep. I asked to hit a specific driver and a gentleman named Ron said a driver fitting was $100 and would be credited back if I buy a driver. I asked to just hit a demo (I grabbed a demo hybrid too) and he put me in the regular range area.Hit about 20-25 balls, walked around and decided to grab another hybrid to hit. After about 10 more balls, I was walking back to club fitting area and he basically ran me down and took it away. I said I wasn't done looking and he said they couldn't just let me hit clubs and that's what the fitting is for. I said I'll leave if I have to get a fitting to swing a demo club.Ron never asked what kind of player I am (0 handicap), what clubs I use, looking for, etc. I can immediately tell by the feel of a club if it's something I want to persue further and get fit. I just bought a set of Titleist T100S irons ($1300) and looking to spend another $1000 or so for a couple hybrids and driver.I can tell you it won't be Golf Galaxy. Management should have a meeting and explain to do the exact opposite of what Ron did. I've been in sales for 30 years and nothing surprises me these days. I'm happy to speak with anyone from Golf Galaxy if they reach out.
