The employees all smell like marijuana and are very lazy and rude.I stood waiting for someone to ring us up for 15 min here come a young man smelling like he just smoked a bunch of weed awful 😞

All the cars are parked badly I couldn't park properly and I bought my son a toy gun and it didn't work I tried to shoot it but I couldn't and I couldn't get a refund this store is disgusting

Good centralized place in Saint Louis to donate and to shop. Big and well organized with new stuff coming onto the floor constantly. They do tend to way overcharge for designer items like handbags though. Overall I see all sorts of people shopping here and the employees are professional at their jobs for the most part and it’s a good Goodwill store.

Was given the wrong information about the return policy by the cashier. I was told I could return to any location within 2 weeks but other locations will not accept a return from another store. BEWARE!

I love thrifting but only for new and fashionable things so I don't waste my time here. It's stocked with too many outdated rags. Always! The Goodwill on West Florissant has far nicer merchandise.

I brought an item up to the register which ended up not having a tag. The associate took it out of my items and said I couldn’t buy it without a tag. No discussion. Everything else was fine, housewares section was lackluster.
