Soooo expensive. Not sure what’s going on but you can buy 99% of this store new for the same price or cheaper. It’s also ONLY clothes.

This store is almost entirely clothes and most of that is women's and kids. So not a lot for a grown man like myself. Still I shopped there because the clothes were grouped by size and that made finding something a lot easier. Unfortunately the markings on the racks may still be there but the clothes are just all over the place. too bad

Thank you Earl and the wonderful employees of the Brentwood store. They went above and behind to track down a platter that was mistakenly donated. They could have easily told me they couldn’t help me and let it go but they didn’t so that, they persisted and finally tracked down my platter and returned it to me. Thank you so much for your dedication to your job!

I donated items here and accidentally donated a shirt that was in my front seat. I called and they actually found my shirt, called me and I picked it up. Amazing customer service… I can’t say that would’ve happened at say Walmart, target etc.

I noticed someone said quality items because came from quality homes FYI actually things are brought in by 18 wheelers from all over but in my goodwill experience I'd have to say this is actually the worst one I've EVER been to it's very small very limited things mostly just clothes nothing for houses such as decor are furniture that's just my opinion definitely won't be going back

Nothing but clothes. A fun part of shopping at thrift stores is not available here. Probably easier in the employees, but I wont return here.

Had a number of household items in good condition. Pulled up and was assisted by a very enthusiastic gentleman who assured me that all my donations would be put to good use. He assisted me in getting the things out of my trunk and into a shopping cart for transport into the store. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A very easy, and pleasant, experience.

Not a huge store, 99% clothing, shoes, and purses. Section of new Halloween merchandise. 75% on red tags which seems to be the Monday deal at Goodwills.

Does not have much plus size. Does not carry furniture. Goodwill no longer has fitting rooms after COVID. A lot of options for smaller sizes. A few robes, pajamas, pieces of fabric, etc. Staff members were kind and helpful. Store was super busy on a Saturday afternoon, like a popular garage sale. Prices were standard for Goodwill--more than they used to be but reasonable compared to prices for new clothes.

Found some cute clothes for my daughter for a great price. But beware this is a pretty small storefront focusing on clothes, shoes, and accessories.
