The short women who cut my hair was super rude and didn’t cut any good.
Definitely never going there again.
Would not recommend either!

The manager Nicci cut my hair. I gotta say the haircut looks great. What wasn't so great was the cold, defensive and unfriendly attitude that i got along with the haircut. As the manager she sets the standard, right now shes setting that bar pretty low. I work with the public ( And have a 4.9 star google rating) and I *always* have a welcoming and friendly attitude towards my customers, even if I'm having a bad day. When they come to my store they are my welcome guests and I make sure to treat them that way. Again the haircut was top notch, but try leaving that chip on your shoulder at home next time and I bet you'll start getting better reviews. if I come back i'll be asking for someone else -someone more professional next time as I like competence AND friendliness. I don't think that's asking for too much from the store manager.

Wow, it’s my first time over here, and I forgot the lady name I think she said miranda/miran something like that.. she was very professional and kind. She makes my hair like exactly what I wanted. I loved it so much ❤️❤️ will be back soon

I came here for Mother’s Day and the lady (did not get her name) absolutely butchered my hair. She did not get it wet enough before combing and was very rough handed. I asked for 2.5-3 inches and at most she cut off 2. I asked for layers and it was very uneven and choppy, and I only figured that out because i immediately went to the Kirkwood location and they showed me uneven pieces.
The lady I went to at this location (Brentwood) was extremely rude and kept telling me how damaged my hair was. Im very well aware of how damaged it was, that’s kind of the whole point of coming in and getting a haircut. She was overall just very rude and didn’t seem to care about my experience. She was very rough with handling my hair. I did not enjoy my experience one bit.
I strongly recommend Great Clips in Kirkwood (on Manchester) by the Oberweis. Not only did they give me exactly what I had asked for, but they were also very kind. Very professional and very kind. Mevlida and Mirela saved my hair, and my Mothers Day.

Worst great clips location in the world. Terrible rude staff, they did a terrible job on the cut. This lady who cut my hair didn’t pay attention and missed a ton of spots. Absolutely horrible experience.

I used to get my hair cut at this location, and thr dynamic has changed. The new management is trash. Everyone looks miserable to be there. Some people need to learn how to manage better. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people.

The worst haircut of my life. The stylist was unwilling to listen, refused to use the clipper length that I asked for, and cut in such uneven lines I had to stop the haircut midway through and leave. Please go somewhere else. Overall very poor service even under new 'management'.

Hairstylist Sonya did whatever she wanted to do, just didn’t listen to my simple easy request. Not customer friendly and of course she got mad when no tip was added. Very very disappointed.

If you’re a queer person looking for affirming haircuts, I’d probably steer clear. Not only was it unprofessional and inappropriate, but the fade was uneven and pretty much botched. I came in looking for a masculine haircut, and the stylist said it was against her religion??? And complained about how wrong it was to cut my hair short the entire time, and complained about other customers in the store. Extremely uncomfortable interaction and not worth the bad haircut.

Husband went here to get a quick cut. The service and environment were terrible. The razors are filthy and there was hair everywhere. The lady cutting his hair worked in a filthy station and with dirty clippers. The clippers were so dirty and clogged with hair that a nice and clean cut was impossible to achieve. Will not be returning.

My experience at this location was very unprofessional since new ownership and new management they were very rude when I ask about the old manager. No product on the shelf for me to purchase . My most recent visit the place was filthy with hair everywhere and the place had a fishy odor to it. While I was waiting for my kids’ cuts to finish I could hear 2 of the new stylists talking (inappropriately &cussing) about her love life. I will never return to this location or bring my kids there either. If I could give zero stars I would.
