Ok I made a online checkinappointment check in it was 12 minutes. Then when we got there manager tells us wait time is 34 minutes. Lady I have autistic son that's why I do online check in. Obviously autistic teens won't sit there for 34 minutes.whats the point of having on line check is then. Mgr then takes son off list and walks away. We had a booked online appointment for 12 minutes not 34. Terrible customer service and my son has autism that's who you did it to. Obviously I was kinda passed off.we went then down to yorkshire plaza great clips and they took us right in. Very nice folks there who care about the autistic kids.dierbergsgreatclipsMgr. shameful..

Best place to get a haircut. Super clean, bright with great stylists. I was assured by Dianna that she could give me the cut I wanted. She blended it perfect and it looked exactly like the photo I showed her. I was very impressed. The place is really convenient and everyone was friendly. I will be back!!

I absolutely love this Salon it’s so wonderful that it’s open on both sides and you can directly walk into Dierbergs. The stylist are all amazing and well trained.

Management is terrible. They made me sign a contract for full time but only gave me full time hrs every other week. I Can’t ask for more hrs or ask a question without management getting smart with me and my coworkers or not respond. Won’t recommend for employment .

I always get a great cut there, but they keep sending me many coupons to.the wrong Great Clips( MacKenzie Pt, St. Louis. Mo. ) I don't live close to there! My closest GC is at South County Center Way. ST. Louis, Mo. 63129.PLEASE!!!

Awesome! Haircut and the ladies were amazing. Also they helped fix a mistake that was made on my last haircut. So obviously if you can fix my hair after a bad haircut you're the best ?

Stylist Meredith, firstly was outside smoking, came in & ask what I needed, I was getting a hair cut, did Not wash hands, smell like smoke, clip my hair 5 times, I wanted a feathered cut, was very disappointed, Not what I asked, should Not have tip at All

Took my 5 year ol kid here for a cut. The hair dresser barely said a word before, during and after the cut. Cold and unfriendly to say the least. Taking my business elsewhere.

My mother recently visited this Great Clips and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their hairstylists, Meredith. Throughout her visit, Meredith repeatedly made derogatory comments about my mom and the way she smelled (note: she was freshly showered), who, it bears mentioning is an Indian woman.
Not only were these comments disrespectful and hurtful, but they were also racist micro-aggressions that have no place in a professional setting or in society at large. It is unacceptable for any business to tolerate or condone such behavior from their employees.
I urge Great Clips to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all their staff are trained to respect and treat every customer with dignity and professionalism, regardless of their background. It is 2024 — DO BETTER.
P.S. My mother was kind enough to tip in spite of Meredith’s rudeness and racism, because that’s just the kind of woman she is. Had it been me, the situation would’ve gone down a tad differently, believe that.
