All of the employees are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I can’t express or find the words for the branch manager Ryan. He specifically watches the accounts, there hasn’t been a time that I’ve requested documents, that I haven’t received them in a timely manor. Any technical issues that arrives he finds a way to fix the issue. I love this branch, and refer others. They’re a blessing.

I've been banking with Great Southern since first opening due to transferring from previous establishment. I'm pleased to say that the customer service staff is phenomenal at the Central West End location! Always polite, professional & attentive! I drive the extra miles to go to this location because of their excellent service!!! To say the least there are some exceptional employees here... KUDOS to you!!!

Offers inexpensive notary services, which is awesome because the UPS store just had their notary quit on August 17, 2018. Staff was very friendly.

The service I received was really nice. However, finding parking to just run into the bank really quick is a pain. And you will most likely have to pay for a meter! Not a convenient location. They should have their own parking spaces.

People working at this branch are not very bright, have trouble making change, knowing daily rates and APY. Does not instill confidence.

They have a great staff but lousy location. Only street parking when you can find it. No drive thru either. Not at all convenient.
