1st they gave me the wrong cable at checkout because the guy had several laying on the counter, now i have to go out of my way to return it. The REAL PROBLEM here is the workers whom act like they could care less if you give your business to them. They are condescending and there is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was inquiring about a NEON GREEN FENDER STRATOCASTER MIM for $650 on sale that was hanging on the wall. I asked the guys if there was a discount with the PRESIDENTS DAY SALES coming up and they rudely said no. After the guy looked at the price tag of $650 he said the guitar is actually $850 and the sale expired the day before and I would now have to pay $850!!!! he took the price tag off the guitar at that point. then said the only way I could have it for 650 was to buy it and NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. Why? Im buying something from your store, why would you try to change the policy to get me to buy it right then and there? Not to mention 4 of us stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for assistance in the MIDDLE OF A WEEKDAY. NOT RECOMMENDED! MUSICIANS GO ELSEWHERE! THESE ARE A BUNCH OF SCHOOL KIDS WORKING HERE THAT KNOW EVERYTHING AND HAVE ZERO WANT TO GAIN YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I went in with a friend. We were looking for a keyboard. No one wanted to wait on us. I had to chase down two different people for help, even then they were too busy to make sure I didn't need anything else.I made my decision so I asked what was included in the package. The guy looked at the price then yanked it off the wall and said, "Oh, that's expired! This is the price..." I was ready to purchase it then he said, "I can't give it to you for that price."My remark was, "Yeah, you can because you forgot to take the sign down." He wasn't budging, legally, he had to sell it for that price. We went to the counter to make the purchase and no one even looked up from the counter so we walked out.Horrible customer service!

The fuchsia hair guy was unknowledgable and kind of cocky. I used to work at a GC so I was kind of irritated.

The Crestwood center was great. Recognition was immediate, listen to problem, and solved the issue. Sold me what I needed, not pushed to higher price solution. Thank for a great experience.

The kids have always loved this place. I'm not much of a musician myself, but as an artist of sorts, I will definitely continue supporting and recommending such places. Not sure where you could go that is even comparable honestly, if you are looking for music related equipment. Staff is usually helpful if needed. All around great operation

I’ve been here multiple times just to quickly buy a guitar or bass. There’s almost always like 3 employees total and they’re all under 23 years old. They don’t seem to care for the guitars at all, or the customers. Good selection of guitars though.

Bought an amp for my grandson. They were so helpful and patient. Even carried it to my car. The service was impeccable. Prices are good, too. Great experience!
