Felt like the women couldn't be bothered with me. Nasty attitude when I asked what styles she does. Locked the door when I left out to escort two women out and gave me a mean glare as if I was a criminal. I have never felt so unwelcome.

On today Monday 10/17/16 around 3-3:30 pm I left from the dentist next door, saw the salon and thought why not get my hair done since I have extra cash on hand. I decided to go in to acquire about me possibly getting my hair straightened. I have been to a hair salon once and that was years ago for prom in high school so I don't have a lot of experience with a salon and what I should say or ask for. I walked in and two elderly women were being helped out at the front desk. When the women in charge of the salon asked if she could help me, being the awkward person I am I felt flustered and said I was just curious and decided to come in. As soon as I said that it was as if she couldn't be bothered with me and couldn't wait for me to leave. She was helping two older women and said she would walk them out as soon as she see's if she could do something for the young lady. The way she spoke was demonizing and I began to feel more and more unwelcome. It was as If she was thinking I know I can't do anything for you nor do I want to. I asked her did she straighten hair and she replied with a blunt no. When I pressed further about the styles she did it seems she couldn't understand me and replied "what!" in a very unfriendly way. I repeated the question and she understood and told me blow drying and etc. I asked for a business card and turned to leave. I said thank you but as I was leaving out she said "you're welcome" in a mocking way. I don't know if it was because she didn't hear me say thank you or because she was just happy I was leaving. The whole experience didn't sit right with me. I have never in my life been treated like that. It was as if I was a bother and a pain. When I left she locked the door and gave me a glare as if I was a hoodlum up to no good. The experience was hurtful to me and I can't help but wonder if the women if cares how rude she came off. I know I was kind to her and can't help but wonder if it was the way I was dressed that put her off,my complexion, or my age that made her act so rudely. Maybe all of those things.

Pricilla is very professional, personable and kind-hearted! She genuinely cares about her customers. I was more than please with my haircut. I can't wait to go back to her salon again!
