Got stuck in the snow after a long day of travel and Steve was there within 10 minutes of calling and helped me out immediately. Really appreciate Hartmann’s Towing and 10/10 would recommend!

In just one word : AMAZING !!!
Long story : I ended up hitting a large curb and completely wrecking the front left side. This happened on the weekend and thankfully the car was driveable (ish) but had their tow company on the line. I called them many times and the lady “on-call” was so hopeful and calm the whole time, Explained their pricing immediately, and made sure I was okay the whole time. Then I needed a good deal of work done. Called my insurance first and then called the shop by 8:30am Monday and he had already looked at the car and was about to call me! Throughout the whole process: they answered any weird questions, took photos, answered the phone in a few rings and were always happy, Up front, and concerned about getting my car to me asap. They even let me know every detail when it came to my claim. A part for the car didn’t come in until a later date, I was informed immediately. I can not recommend this place more. My car is back to normal like nothing happened… which is just wild!!

This place epitomizes service, customer satisfaction, and professionalism! My car was in a “dilly of a pickle”. That’s the only way I know how to describe it. Other towing companies came out, looked at it, and told me either they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! Daniel and Skip from Hartmann Towing took care of me in no time. What I really loved about the experience was the knowledge level and resourcefulness of the employees. Daniel looked at my car and knew the equipment he had would not get the job done. He didn’t try to take my money. Instead, he sent his co-worker, Skip. Skip was “surgical” in his craft as he rescued my vehicle. I stood in awe as I watched him work. It didn’t take him long and the price was affordable! Thank you, Hartmann towing, for possessing the keen insight to hire these two outstanding employees!

On April 7 my catalytic converter was taken off my car while I was at work. I call my insurance co and they called Hartmann's towing & Auto body.... Now David (the tow guy) was nice. The company itself got over. On April 25th they refuse to do the job for what my insurance co would cover so I had to pay to have my car towed to another shop..... But they had my car the whole time and got paid for just holding my car. While talking to another shop they ordered the part (GOT IT THAT WEDNESDAY MORNING) and by 5 that evening my car was fixed and I paid. 3 ×s less then what hartmanns was going to charge. They will never get my service again. They held my car hostage the whole month and didnt do anything.

My car decided it didn't want to drive anymore while I was on the highway today. (Luckily it gave me enough energy to pull off on an exit.) I called a different towing company at first who said they would have someone out shortly. Well after 2 hours and a second phone call to them, I was still stuck on the side of the road. So I gave Hartmann's a call and they were there in less than 15 minutes. I wish I knew the man's name who helped me out today- quick, knowledgeable and SO nice- so I could give him a shout out. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any tow truck assistance in the future!

Terrible communication, it's only 36 bucks but I didn't need a second emissions test done for my car when I already passed it. The guy who did the service barely spoke they could of communicated that they only so both before taking my service. I won't be back here because they don't know how to speak.
