I went in looking for an engagement bracelet, they had something similar to what I was looking for when I was talking to Jessica Whitton and telling her about why I need specifics for it she said “he doesn’t want to wear a ring that sounds like an excuse to cheat” it was extremely unprofessional, rude and she lost my business!

We love Helzberg but unfortunately had a bad experience with Jessica. We came in to look at wedding bands and said that I had gotten engaged the night before. She proceeded to ask my fiancée how he paid for the ring, in front of me. We were not checking out or nearly close to purchasing anything at that moment, only browsing.
Additionally once his band came in it was not the size he was sized for in the store and we have since had to return to a different location to have a complete new ring made, as it can’t be resized.

Rick and Joe were phenomenal! We had just come from another jewelry store who was very judgemental and unwelcoming to the point where I wanted to give up looking for engagement rings. We came here and were made so comfortable and supported and ended up walking out with a beautiful ring! Great customer service!

I came in casually yesterday just looking at engagement rings with my boyfriend, and Jessica (jennifer? im bad with names) was SOOOOO fun to work with. she had a great sense of humor, she was giving me advice, joking with us and being extremely personable. my face was literally sore after leaving from how much i was laughing and smiling. just imagine maya rudolph as a jewlery saleswoman... someone give this girl a RAISE!!! i love her and hope my man goes back to her for a ring!

Took an Item to Helzberg for repair and addition of stones, I received overpriced poor quality products and services and excuses from staff and management. Needless to say, I will not be doing any business with this company in the future.....2/27/25 At this time, I feel compelled to revise my review. The store manager learned of my dissatisfaction with the service I received and reached out to me with what appears to be a sincere desire to make the situation right. I'm not sure if I will take him up on his offer, but I will give them credit for caring enough to want to provide satisfactory service. They were under no obligation to do so as our business was concluded, so Kudos to them.

If you go to the store ask for Cynthia she treats you like your family and really cares about her job! 10/10
