Had a great sales person at the south county location! A nice looking black guy helped me out on ring options...I. trying to remember his name...I think he said hos name was Anjuan but anywho he was super nice and helpful!!

AnJuan Wyatt helped me greatly with fitting my watch. Delivered great service and car. Was very generous enough to help me fit a watch and demonstrate how to utilize my tools. Would leave a rating 10 out of 10 if it was an option.

The store manager Joe Azzarello was amazing. I've lost a diamond on my wedding ring and it was my fault for delaying inspection and voiding my agreement with them and he absolutely did amazing at coming to a problem solving solution and was very nice. Highly recommended

I had to do my routine warranty inspection today and had a great experience! I do not wear my jewelry often, but some how my engagement band became misshapen. The associate and manager handled it with ease and even updated my account information with my married name and info. I highly suggest their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you!

Needed a 14k white gold wedding ring sized one size larger , first I went to clarkson jewlers who said the rings width was too small and then tried to sell me a $1300 ring, so then I went to helzberg and they said if they couldn’t do it they’d refund my money.
But they were able to size it without any problems for only $99
