Really feel like the staff are part of our extended family. They’ve taken such good care of three of our babies now, including when one of our girls was very sick. Very happy they’re in the City and so glad we are patients here.

I can’t recommend Hillside enough! The entire staff is so welcoming, kind and always eager to help and answer questions! My dog loves her trips to see Dr. Brittney and staff and gets spoiled every time we are there!!

Hillside Animal Hospital continues to outdo themselves with the professionalism they show me and my pets. Each staff member from the front desk to the doctors and the vet techs are always smiling and calm. We love the care the Dr. Brittney provides for our animals and I trust her knowledge and opinion! If they said they contacted the rescue to get the records they are bold face lier's. I CONTACTED them. Got voicemail with instructions and within 10 minutes they sent it to my email. When I called back to reschedule I was told Veterinary Megan would be calling me. Never got the call?? They know I wanted a 3yr and never got a hold of me to tell me no record of rabies will result in only doing a one year. Informed after I got there. Seems like a way to get more money??.

My partner and I have been taking our dogs here for the last 10 years or so. They've helped us through so much. The staff is very polite and informed! They're also very compassionate should you have a pet that crosses the rainbow bridge.

The staff here is great at handling my dogs special needs. He is difficult with strangers and they help put him at ease every visit! They are also pretty efficient at processing requests and answering emails whenever my dog has an issue come up. Thanks Hillside for caring for our Gromit!

As a nervous first-time cat owner, my experience at Hillside Animal hospital was beyond exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the kindness and professionalism of the staff put me and my cat at ease. The clinic is immaculate, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident everywhere you look.
One of the standout features for me was the cat-specific room. This specialized space ensured my cat felt comfortable and less stressed. They had the calming pheromones. A climbing tower, grass and numerous treats. The clinic's Fear Free designation truly lives up to its name, creating a calm and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
Dr. Marziani and nurse Jasmina took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small, and made sure I fully understood every aspect of my cat's care and overall health status. Their patience and thorough explanations eased my anxiety significantly. Dr. Marziani also provided an excellent list of resources and helpful books as a new cat owner. The entire staff is amazing, demonstrating genuine care and compassion throughout our visit.
I can't recommend Hillside Anni mal hospital enough for any pet owner, especially those who may be feeling anxious or unsure or be totally brand new to pet ownership. They have made the transition into pet ownership a positive and reassuring experience for me. Thank you, Hillside staff, Dr. Marziani and Jasmina for your outstanding service!
