They have nothing to offer you in the way of cleaning your Luminette blinds. They are very expensive blinds and not worth the money. Bugs get trapped in them and are very difficult if impossible to remove. Don't buy these Hunter Douglas blinds from Hilson or anyone.

I have worked with Mary At Hilson Inc. for many years. She is a true professional and gave an excellent presentation to our design team on a vast array of window treatment options. She is always available for technical assistance.
