We had an overall good stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was great, and so were the parking and other amenities. We loved the shower, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The service, however, was lacking. They didn't provide "bad" customer service; they were always "professional" despite an undeserved, yet obvious, negative and distainful attitude projected towards my husband and me. They had other LGTBQIA+ on staff, so I am unsure why we drew their ire, but it was undeniable. The only person on staff who seemed genuinely kind and welcoming to us was a young African American lady with straight black hair who worked during the day and early evenings during our stay (I so apologize for forgetting to get her name, because she deserves proper recognition -- thank you for your genuine concern when I was unable to find my class ring and for sharing in my joy when I did). I almost never leave a bad review anywhere; however, my husband and I have been loyal Holiday Inn customers for decades, and our experience here was far below Holiday Inn's standard for service and hospitality.

Not impressed AT ALL. The room we had was 321... with thw winduw open every guest going down the halfway saw into our room. The front desk clerks were a bit polite but needed so much more training. The experience was not impressive at all. And we stay at a lot of hotels. Specifically through Holiday Inn.

Great modern, stylish hotel within easy distance from the interstate. Staff was very polite and helpful making check-in painless. Rooms we're clean and stylish as well.

Rooms pretty basic. Breakfast pretty minimal, but price was fair and location was what we needed for early appointments at BJH.
Rooms: Good, clean, all the basic needs done well.
Nearby activities: Close to BJH and lotta food/shops on Euclid street within walking distance.
Noteworthy details: Underground covered parking with direct hotel access... nice!

Stayed jan 16, check out next day. My room was very nice every thing worked great and it was clean, bed king size very comferting got some great rest. Next dsy had breakfast it was good and fresh fruits and careal lots of choices. Parking was great and securied..the resturant will be opening in the future. Its going to be a beautiful place to dinin.
Great Meeting General Manager Dan Molina, and all the staff. Everyone was very professional and kind.

Older but remodeled. Great water pressure and flow in the shower. No hot breakfast, but a reasonable selection in the grab and go.
Walkability: 10-15 minute walk to metrolink and BJC downtown on kingshighway

Beware that there is a parking charge of $15 per night that was not listed on Priceline, was not communicated to me upon check in and was charged to my card without my consent. Beware there is a $20+ charge for some City tax that was not listed on Priceline, but was charged to the card without my notification or consent.
Other than the surprise charges, everything was fine.

Clean rooms, bathroom was amazing!! Completely remodeled. The receptionist behind the desk was the best!! Jordan was his name and he took care of us like Jordan and the bulls took care of the 90s! He needs a bonus! He was excellent and you should be proud to have such a professional welcoming guests! We were going through a horrible time and he made our experience so must better! Hats off to him!! 10 out of 10

Cute, clean, great showers and soaps. Reception, Jordan, went above and beyond to help accommodate a very difficult trip for my family and I. Truly a blessing to have stayed here. 10 out 10 recommend. I can’t image the upcoming renovations making it any cuter!

The service here is excellent. This is the second time we've stayed here both times. We have been here for medical purposes. This time my son was having surgery and we had a very unusual request and because of the surgery The next morning he had to take two different showers and needed eight washcloths when I explained to the lovely young lady at the desk. Why we needed them. She was very quick to get them. This place is very clean. It's been very quiet both times and we will definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The rooms were very clean. The beds were very very comfortable
