Bad service, customer service… waited 30 minutes to get assistance on the tools department no one showed up they called twice and no one came up to help.. I asked aunt and they say “ one moment I’ll get some one to help and they just stood up taking with coworkers!! Need new personnel trained and professionals !!! I had to go to the windows department and they help me there.

Again, this is by far the worst Home Depot ever. I placed an online order early in the day when I come to pick it up there is five Customer service reps at the register. Nobody asked me to step up. The young lady that was taking care of me was busy doing something else while everybody else was chilling. She goes to look for my order and can’t find it. I’m done spending money at this location. I’m just gonna start shopping at a different location. I would love to hold our people to a higher standard, but it’s just not gonna happen.

Please don't purchase appliance from the manufacturer of Frigidaire nor home Depot. I purchased this appliance online they delivered the items as he was bringing the items in water was leaking from the appliance in the box as though it has been used asked him about it he said that they test the items to make sure they are working. I found out that is not true. Not only that they didn't have my power cord had to go and get it from home Depot. They give you 48 to check your appliances at the time we we're doing repairs to the home so wasn't able to get to it in time. When we finally used the appliance it was malfunctioning didn't wash the dishes, making loud noises and taken very long time to complete the wash, contact customer service and the set up for someone to come out, so don't buy don't go through this head ache.

Well people Frigidaire service techs came to inspect the dishwasher informed me what was happening, what was needed and it is currently working well. I still say buy at your own risk but for me they came through thank you Frigidaire and home Depot.
