Ordered Milwaukee pack out online for pick up at this location and the guy that checks you out with earrings has attitude of a person that doesn’t want to deal with anyone and made side comments and barely wanted to work.
Just horrible customer service. Will be going to Lowe’s instead of homedepot so I dont come across this type of behaviour.

I don't like how they close off aisles for extended periods of time. Sometimes I need to grab something in a hurry and end up waiting 10 minutes because something is being stocked. Other than that, the store has most of what I need most of the time.

Always has what I need, the customer service is always great. Had a gentlemen(James) who was at the registers check me out and bring the product to my truck to help unload it, as I can't push very much weight.

Waited over 20 minutes with no crowd for someone to cut one single piece of paneling. Asked for help a few times and no one came back there. When I told management, they didn't seem to care. If you're expecting personal service at this place, you will be disappointed. Lazy!!

Summary: If I could select 0 stars I would..
I ordered a back patio door from HD in Feb 2024. It is now Jan 2025 and I am STILL without a correct product from them. Mind you, we have been facing single digits this winter in which I have to move furniture and towels in front of the door to try to block the cold air coming in yet HD seems in no rush to amend this situation.
They have re-ordered and installed my order THREE times now. All of which have messed up the alignment to where the door is not flush when closed. I can see the sun through the “closed” doors (I ordered French doors) which I’m sure you can imagine what kind of wind and cold air comes in through that as well. With this being an ongoing issue for almost a YEAR now, you would think HD is pushing the vendor to get this out and replace asap, right? Wrong. Week after week I keep getting informed of a delay for the door being finished. Not to mention when I tell them I expect compensation for this burden they won’t give me a number. I paid thousands to get a nice door yet instead have invested a lot of time rearranging work schedules to be present for install after install and many string tests, plus have been spending EXTRA $ on utilities to try to keep my house warmer due to the open air to the outdoors. Mind you, management has been out to my house to see for themselves the disaster that is this door. His comment was “wow, I can see the sun between the doors”. They have informed me there will be something yet won’t discuss until it is complete. However, they should have told me an amount as I requested, then each time it’s been pushed out they increase it. That way I know they are actually going to push for my delivery to get through so they aren’t having to compensate more.
After almost a year I have no patience left with their support team. The lack of urgency from them paired with the lack of effort to make this “right” has me wanting to contact better business bureau.

South county home depot is the worst home depot there is. I live in south county, and I'd rather go to ANY home depot other than this one. Staff is way to intrusive.

This location use to be awesome. Now the staff is super rude and good luck getting them to price match anything. Nothing but excuse after excuse.
