Looking for two specific cables for a project. Empty spot on the rack where they are stocked. Nikki was able to confirm they were in the store, found them, and had them to me promptly. Great experience from a local business!

Worst Home Depot in St. Louis. Your south county store is awful I understand it's difficult to find people to work and even more difficult to find intelligent people but from manager down that store is filled with incompetent employees I was sent to your s. Lindbergh store in St. Louis from sunset hills because of product availability Upon arrival I had to search down associates to help locate the item for which I had a barcode They couldn't "find" it. It was a "lost pallet" I offered to look myself And found it Found the associate again to help load Went to pay with a store credit In my husbands name He wasn't present but I had his license They wouldn't let me. I simply asked them to use common sense as my license has the same address as him. No again. Please let the associate wearing the mask know that Covid isn't a thing and she doesn't even wear it properly. The manager Harris was without common sense. i called fter going back to sunset hills and making the purchase as I tried at S Lindbergh. No issues at sunset hills either time because they are intelligent, friendly and use common sense. South County does not. They didn't want to listen to me when I called so take note of their poor customer service along with their lack of common sense.

Ordered a washing machine And it would take about a week to have a delivered to our house since it wasn't in stock, understandable. Get a call from them the day before to confirm my address, which I did. Got a text the night before scheduled delivery date to say they're coming the next day between 7-11 am. Then get a text at 8 AM on the day of delivery saying that can't deliver it now. Called and they said its because the address wasn't updated in their system even though I'd called and confirmed it with them. So now my delivery has to be pushed out another week cause they can't do their jobs. And then when you try to take their survey and leave a bad review all of a sudden the system isn't working. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had ordering a product with a store.

I will never order wood from here again. I was promised a full refund for another incorrectly delivered wood. I received a partial refund.

I go here very frequently, because I live close, but there are items available at the Sunset Hills or Brentwood locations that this location doesn't carry. You'll find some random product categories where this location will have the midprice option, but you may find the lowest-price or highest-price options are available at those other locations but not this one. The most recent example I noticed was not long ago when I needed some electrical boxes. You can get the 75-cent gray PVC or 85-cent blue PVC electrical box here, but you can't get the 33-cent gray PVC electrical box here, you'll have to go to Sunset Hills or Brentwood.

Ordered a new dishwasher, they rescheduled delivery 4 times, told us when it was delivered someone would be out the next day to connect it. No one scheduled the appointment and now its going to be another 6 days before its installed. Absolutely trash customer service and we will not order another appliance from this company again.
