They were absolutely amazing. They were willing to look up to see if an item i was looking for was at other locations or orderable online. There was a greeting as soon as I walked in the shop and I was smiling as I left. No complaints at all. I wish all shops had this positive of an experience. Will continue to shop there, and I tell people this location is better than some others I've been to in the area. They are super personable and really try to connect with the clients. Love this location the most. It's always clean, and they are super diligent about making sure sales items are marked correctly. If a mistake is made, they own it, and then they fix it, and that is what I love to see. I wish they would come work for the company I work for.

I struggle to give any Hot Topic five stars due to their product inventory. Maybe it's the burgeoning of my old man tendencies, but I remember when they used to have cool band shirts, not bands that were popular 40 years ago.
Other than that gripe, the staff was friendly and didn't stalk me (Hot Topic is the worst offender of asking if i need help 10 times in 5 minutes).
If you're a fan of anime, this is your HT era. Get here while the getting is good.

I went there on the week of Nov 15 and the extremely friendly staff were able to help me locate all the items I needed and explained any current sales or discounts with a high degree of accuracy! It was also fun to chat about certain series we all just so happened to be fans of too! Wonderful and warm family environment, thank you to Char and the wonderful Manager and Associates too! Last time I went to hot topic I got chewed out for no reason by a manager of all things. I was gonna buy something but once you disrespect a paying customer and you're a manager of all things and you still have a fucking job afterwards I will make it my mission to sue hot topic for defemation and the involving party (KB)

First time I ever went there and I was greeted and helped. The sales person was very kind and helpful. I tried Spencer's, but the attended couldn't stop to even say hi.

Nice variety of things to buy in store and online. Very nice and awesome workers when I was there, and helped me out majorly! Will always come back here. Started as a kid with my sister, now I’ll be bringing my kid here.
