I will NEVER use H&R Block again. I come in to have a professional help me from the being to the end. I don’t mind spending the extra for what I thought was a peace of mind. I surely found out when you need them to actually do the extra service you pay for your told that the tax rep is not there do to the tax season being over. That’s not a me problem especially if the state is saying my electronic tax filing didn’t come through completely on the state end and needs to be resent. Cool H&R Block resend it because I paid you to do that plus paid extra to handle anything that may need to be handled from the tax return you all prepared and filed for me. I’ve been using their services since I was young and I never been to this location. I was in the neighborhood running errands and wanted to get my taxes taken care of at the same time. Do to me paying for a service and not receiving the FULL SERVICE I paid for H&R Block as a whole lost me as customer. I realized that all those extra fees is just to make you feel good at the time they are taking your hard earned money. After that the tax service is gone with the wind with any tax professional until next tax season. Where their advertisements will be out like vultures trying to get your money. Thanks Sarah location for teaching me that there is no such thing as a tax professional.

This is a terrible experience. If I had walked in without the information I collected on my own, with Paula’s professional help, either I would have paid IRS thousands of dollars that I don’t need to, or I would have got rejected by IRS for filling the wrong form and to file tax a second time.Paula is incapable of her job. First she told me I can not claim a treaty, which I can. Then she told me I had to file a different form otherwise I couldn’t claim the treaty, which it’s wrong. I should and can file the form that IRS tells me to file AND claim the treaty. When you asked questions politely because things didn’t look right, she had a tendency to interrupt you saying “I know” when she clearly did not.After you got upset by her inability and poor performance, instead of appearing sorry for causing your great inconvenience, she accused you of being rude because you raised your voice when she ignored you and interrupted you consistently. Now I learned that even if you are unprofessional, keep interrupting people, and never apologize for your mistakes, AS LONG AS YOU KEEP A LOW VOICE, you are a fine person after all. Thank you for the lesson of hypocrisy and irony, Paula.
