Not good unless you have a lot of time. Ate there, and food was cold. My peas literally had a piece of ice in them. The server couldn't move any slower or speak loud enough to be heard. No complaints about their furniture.

I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. This place is confusing as hell!! My wife and I don't walk real well, so as it turns out, this really wasn't the place for us. They had a map that shows everything in a straight line. Apparently, they have no map making skills. We entered on the bottom floor, had to take an elevator up one floor, make a u-turn, and take another elevator back down to the same floor we came in on. After walking through a maze of products back and forth, we finally found the bookshelf we were looking for. I had to ask an employee how to get it. She directed me to a "hidden door" in the far corner of the floor where we had to go into the warehouse, get a cart, and muscle this shelf onto the cart. After purchasing, I had to then load it myself. Only go here if you're in really good physical condition!

I'm leaving one star just because they use FedEx for deliveries. My most recent purchase was shipping.....through FedEx.....and they are still trying to find the package weeks later.....Hey Ikea, use another shipper!!!

It's an experience anytime you go to IKEA! I had ordered online for a pick up and the service was great. The only issue was trying to actually find where pick up is located. There are no signs that point the way but it's in the garage area. It's a place you could spend all day. Picked up 2 cube storage units that I paid $150 that would have cost $250 on Amazon and IKEA products are usually made well and consistent. I'll be back when it's time to get cabinets!

Super confusing setup. Had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Even with maps, it's a maze. Great prices though and some fun items.

Purchased furniture in March that was damaged and received replacement parts in June, except the replacement pieces were the wrong ones… it took months to get what we needed and even after waiting they still couldn’t get it together enough to give us what we needed. This is a terrible joke.

One place stop for home furnishings! I really like their designs, there is also a section for plants which is amazing. One can also find, second chance area where pre loved products are sold are reasonable prices.
The customer service is amazing..I have bought everything for my home from Ikea..highly recommend!
