We never complete our trip without stopping by at the restaurant. Kids are big fan of the meat balls so do I. My wife's favorite is their vegetarian meat balls and the sauce comes with it. Finally, their garlic bread. Ask them if you don't see it. They will happily bake it for you. Until 8/31/24 there is a daily promotion going on at the restaurant. Please find the information below. Love ordering online and picking up in store. Self-checkout is a joke. Spent so much time checking myself out that I left wondering if I should ask for the employee discount. Truly leaving the one star review because the flavored bubbly water at the drink stations should be free, and not $2!

Worse delivery service!!! The drivers here are lazy… Came into the store and purchased a couch on the 01/19/2024 in which my couch was suppose to be delivered in the 23rd. A snow storm happened so my delivery got rescheduled to 01/28/2024. Today is 01/28/2024, the delivery men arrived at my place, didn’t get out the truck and marked me down as not being at home…. Now I have to wait longer to receive my couch…. This is NOT acceptable on any type of level. IKEA need to stop hiring lazy people who don’t want work and actually put time and consideration into the hiring process…. I’m a very unsatisfied customer!!!!!

We went to Pick up our order in click and collect. Nothing was redy as it should have beenWe have been waiting for hours and some guys even told us to go and get the job done by ourself.It is unacceptable ! If you can't provide a click and collect service then just don't ! We have been driving hours to get our order !

During my last visit I needed help in electronics for a challenge I was having with my Tradfri Remote. Once I found an ikea associate she tried to help and couldn’t so she called in additional assistance- in the end 4 associates came to assist and we solved the issue and I was so happy.Thank you for all the genuine helpfulness it means everythingThank you
