I ordered online. Came in told this lady my name she refused to give me the pizza with out me showing my i.d. I was able to find a picture in my phone but somehow the confirmation email wasn't enough. Horrible service.

I’ve started to notice the difference in Inos pizza maybe 5 years ok at. It’s now hit or miss. The pizzas are horrible, I anxiously wait hoping and praying tinGod it’ll be better this time. I’ve been let down every single time. Not only that I called the imos in new hall ferry and chambers road today and was told I had these huge award points. The guy said I get 2 large pizzas, a free side, and wings. I figured out later this wasn’t true. I will never go to imos again

While in Hannibal Missouri we seen the Walmart there and frozen Imo's pizzas. THEY were the bomb and tastes just like Imo's pizzas. We went back and got 8 more pizza's to bring home to Iowa. We eat the Deluxe and it was loaded with everything including lots of bacon strips.

The Imo's on Halls Ferry and Chambers has the worse customer service in the whole St. Louis Metropolitan area. I live nearby and I have had so many issues and problems with customer service there that it is incredible. The last time I called to place an order around 9:30, they picked the phone up and then hung up on me, and I called back and they picked it up and hung it up again.Another day, I had a worker go off on me and spoke to a manager the next day about it and they told me she was having a bad day, but the way she spoke you could tell that she knew absolutely nothing about customer service and how to conduct herself with the public or a business. These are just a couple of the many issues I have had with this Imos. I have given up on them getting better. The workers don't want to take your order especially after 9pm and will treat you super rude without an ounce of respect. It's really surprising how ignorant their workers can get.

I've called multiple times, I grew up eating their pizza but now live in Texas. I've called many many times to ask when their 20 pack of pizzas would be available again on goldbelly with no response. Please could you make it available for the holidays?! Maybe it's just being overlooked.(Update) so I’ve called every single for over a month now and get the same response that it’s goldbelly and they need to switch it to a 15 pack. So I called gold belly they said this is not something they are aware of. I guess the great pizza place that I loved has just changed and like anything else it’s time to move on.

Pizza’s delicious, best frozen pizza’s i’ve ever had. St. Louis classic. Anyone who leaves a bad review should leave it at that specific location.

Customer service is not a priority at all. Ordered over the weekend and made a complaint, no response when I ask the store manager at the store I had problems with. Was told they got my complaint. No one still has contacted me to resolve the issue and the store manager of the location I had a problem with did not seem empathetic to my problem either . This is one of the reasons I was mad was the condition of food at arrival also I was told a time and it did not get to me for 2 hrs! Still incredibly disappointed after all the instore orders I typically do, definitely advise a new restaurant if you like good and professional customer care.

What the F is this? Overcooked, razor thin, scare toppings on what you call pizza? I remember being broke when I was young making English muffin pizzas which were easily 10x better than this garbage. Also, the raviolis. Grey meat that has a rubber taste. Just weird.

They always list that there hiring on indeed and then when you call on the phone they say there not but I know 2 people that work there that always tell me there in need of order pickers maybe you have to be a certain race to work with them or a certain type of person I don’t know
